## What is Echo Route?

Echo Route is the AI receptionist that answers every call for your business - so you never miss a customer again.

Answer 24/7. Book appointments. Filter spam. Route urgent calls to your phone. Echo Route handles the calls you miss (or all of them), speaks in your brand's voice, and texts the caller a booking link when they're ready to act.

What Echo Route does:
- Answers every call with your hours, FAQs, and tone
- Captures caller info, reason for calling, and urgency
- Sends instant call summaries, transcripts, and recordings
- Flags hot leads, takes messages, and blocks spam
- Works on existing numbers with no new hardware or porting

The mobile app:
- Inbox of every call, sorted by status
- Full transcript and recording for every call
- Agent tuning for hours, greeting, voice, FAQs, and message rules
- Phone number, call routing, and fallback management
- Push notifications for calls that need attention

Built for small businesses that run on phone calls. Setup takes under two minutes. Cancel anytime.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.86 — 2026-08-05

Your billing page now shows a clearer usage breakdown, including past months, so you can see exactly where your minutes went.

Signing in is smoother on phones: the verification code boxes stay inside the card, and the app recovers more reliably when a session expires.

This update also improves push notification reliability after reinstalls and polishes the first-time setup flow.

### 1.0.85 — 2026-07-26

This update brings integrations and personal notifications to Echo Route, so you can connect the tools you use and stay on top of activity from your AI receptionist.

We also improved reliability throughout the app: your inbox now recovers gracefully and reloads conversations if a load ever fails, instead of leaving you stuck. Update checks are more resilient too, so in-progress updates won't be lost if the app is interrupted.

This release includes a number of fixes and refinements to crash reporting and diagnostics, helping us catch and resolve issues faster behind the scenes.

### 1.0.84 — 2026-07-21

Echo Route is updated with a smarter, more organized experience for managing your business.

Call transcripts are now easier to read: back-to-back messages from the same speaker are merged into clean paragraphs instead of choppy fragments. Conversations also include personal notification preferences, so each team member can control which calls they get alerted about.

Agent Settings navigation is now grouped into clear sections, and Booking Rules and Integrations pages now link directly to each other so it's easier to connect the two. Booking now correctly uses your organization's actual connected calendar rather than a placeholder. Business Info fields have refined per-field visibility controls with tooltips, and pasting into Core Services now rejects unstructured text to keep your service list clean.

Subscription pause controls have been added to Billing, giving you more flexibility if you need to temporarily pause service. We also improved app startup speed by streamlining how your account and organization data loads after signing in.

This release also includes fixes and refinements to notification settings, booking target selection, and overall app stability.

### 1.0.83 — 2026-07-07

You can now change your billing plan directly from the Billing page in the app, making it easier to manage your Echo Route subscription without leaving the mobile app.

We've also added support for Face ID login on supported devices, giving you a faster and more secure way to sign in. Login and session handling have been improved behind the scenes for better reliability, including smoother handling of expired sessions.

Conversations now show more accurate unread counts and clearer call details. This update also includes general fixes and refinements to improve stability and performance across the app.

### 1.0.81 — 2026-07-03

Share a video review

You can now record or upload a short video testimonial right from the app — open Account → Share a Review (available on eligible accounts). Tell other owners what Echo Route did for you in under two minutes, and we'll thank you with a free month once we've reviewed it.

This version adds camera access, used only when you choose to record a review.

(Draft — rename this file to the actual marketing version cut at release. The "Share a Review" page is gated by the client_video_testimonials_page flag and stays hidden until an account is opted in.)
