I guess this is a bug. This is especially common if I try to multitask on the phone, at which point the added convenience is small. Since I use EXR for syncing the workouts to Apple Health I don’t need Echo to do that so have the Sync Workouts turned off. However I was having an issue with Echo still reporting workouts from time to time. Echo support was great in helping me solve the problem - basically Echo will sync workouts if the app is force quit (actually makes sense tbh) so all I had to do was just stop the Echo app when I was done before quitting it. Problem solved. App is great and saved me unnecessary expense buying a HR strap to use with EXR when I already have an Apple Watch. ### 5/5 — Awesome *2026-02-18, version 5.6.10* Before Echo I would have had to buy an expensive Garmin watch or IFIT heart Monitor.
