App Is Great
The app is good I have been using it for a long time now. This recent update deleted all my accumulated credits and created songs. I had over 140k plus and one update deleted everything. It’s even asking me to subscribe again even though I have been subscribed forever. I change my subscription from a monthly to a yearly subscription and still no credits. Some help would be gladly appreciated.

Thank you for the help. As I mentioned in the beginning the app is a great app it does exactly what is intended. I had a minor inconvenience which was resolved. Still love the app. Keep up the great work.

Hi, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. This issue should now be fixed. Please try force closing the Echo app completely and then opening it again — that should restore everything properly.
