## What is EchoCare Notes?

EchoCare Notes turns your recorded therapy sessions into clear, structured SOAP notes — entirely on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud and no account is required, so your clients' information never leaves your device.

Built for marriage, family, and individual therapists, EchoCare Notes fits naturally into your workflow:

• Record a session, or import an existing audio file
• On-device transcription converts speech to text privately
• AI generates a structured SOAP note — Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan
• Review, edit, and copy any section
• Add your own instructions to guide how each note is written

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
All transcription and note generation happen locally using on-device AI. Your audio and notes are stored encrypted on your device and are never sent to a server. Face ID or your passcode keeps everything locked.

REQUIREMENTS
AI note generation is powered by Apple Intelligence and runs entirely on-device. It requires an Apple Intelligence-capable device (iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max, any iPhone 16 model or later, or a supported iPad) running iOS or iPadOS 26 with Apple Intelligence turned on. Recording and on-device transcription work on any supported device; where Apple Intelligence is not available, you can still record and transcribe sessions.
