While the content and gameplay is one of the best, I am dealing with the server constantly freezing or the game shuts off all day. I’m not a casual player. I’ve played games like this before, and I usually commit long-term. In fact, the only reason I’ve quit similar games in the past was due to being too busy in real life — never because I lost interest. But this is the first time a game has made me walk away simply because of how broken and unbalanced the experience has been, even after I gave it my full attention and support. When I started Echoes of Eternity, I came in ready to compete, grow fast, and enjoy everything the game had to offer. I spent over $1,600 in just 10 days because I believed in its potential and wanted to become a strong player. Here’s what I spent: • July 18 – $133.09 • July 21 – $543.91 • July 23 – $555.10 • July 26 – approximately $387.64 Total: $1,619.74 I leveled up quickly, built my team, and fully committed to the game. But even with all that, I ran into constant issues that completely killed the experience. The game lags heavily, most events either crash or don’t work properly, and it feels like I’m playing against bots most of the time. It’s hard to enjoy a game that doesn’t feel stable or alive. The matchmaking and PvP are also discouraging — once stronger players start attacking you, there’s nothing you can do. Even as someone who spent a lot and progressed quickly, I constantly felt stuck or outmatched. The balance is way off, and it pushes players into spending more just to survive. There were also times I truly believed my team had won events based on performance, only to see a loss recorded without any explanation. That kind of inconsistency makes it hard to trust the systems in place. Loot drops from bosses are another issue. They’re far too low compared to the massive amount of materials needed to improve gear. Even with everything I spent, I found myself falling behind and unable to upgrade meaningfully without grinding endlessly or spending more. I’ve genuinely lost interest, and not because I got bored — but because the experience just isn’t worth the time or money anymore. I’ve played similar games and stayed committed for years, but this one pushed me away in just 10 days. For all these reasons, I’m asking for a full refund of $1,619.74. I came in ready to support this game, and I feel completely let down by how poorly things were executed.
