## What is Echosphere?

Your space. Everything you care about — and only that.

Echosphere gathers the writing worth your attention into one calm, personal place — from real publishers, shaped by your choices, and set up to look and feel the way you want it.

No feed to fight. No outrage machine. No one to perform for.

Pick your topics across eight worlds — News & Current Events, Business & Finance, Entertainment, Technology, Science & Health, Lifestyle, Culture & Ideas, and Sports — and Echosphere quietly assembles a space that's yours. World affairs and markets. Science and health. Culture, essays and ideas. Food, style and living. Soccer, basketball, tennis, motorsport and more.

WHAT MAKES ECHOSPHERE DIFFERENT

• Recommendations that answer to you. Echosphere learns what you actually return to and finds more of it. Not what keeps you scrolling, not what's engineered to provoke — the algorithm here works for your interests, not against your attention.

• A space that looks like yours. Themes that shift with the hour, from morning light to Starry Night. Calm Mode strips out motion and glow. Choose your feed density, arrange your card sizes. The point of a personal space is that it's personal.

• Echoes — a room, not a stadium. See what's resonating with people who care about the same things you do, scoped to your sphere, not the whole internet shouting. Signal, not noise.

• Weekly Echo. Once a week, a quiet map of what you saved and what resonated across your topics. A gentle way to see where your attention actually went.

• Discover, when you want it. A place to find stories just outside your usual topics. You pull; nothing gets pushed.

• Community without an audience. No profiles. No followers. No DMs. No comment sections. You can see what lands in your sphere because nobody is performing — there's no one to perform to.

ALSO INSIDE

• Save anything to read later, filtered by topic when you come back.
• Listen with the voice feature when you'd rather not look at a screen.
• Reading times on every story, so you know what you're committing to.

Built by one person who wanted a calmer way to read.
What you can do:
• Build a personalized sphere from the topics you select
• Discover relevant stories without follower counts or public profiles
• Echo useful stories to improve their relevance for people with similar interests
• Save articles and return to them later
• Search across current stories
• Review and adjust your interests, reading preferences, and notifications
• Open every article at its original source
• Delete your account and associated app data from Settings

Your saves, reading activity, and topic choices remain part of your private account experience. Echosphere has no advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-10-03

Echosphere now speaks French.

The whole app — every button, every alert — and your feed can be French,
Spanish or English, in any combination. If your phone is in French, it just
opens that way.

Also fixed
• A button on the first onboarding screen could not be tapped on some phones
• Scrolling the feed is noticeably smoother
• Article images are back
• The topic counts on "Add topics" now take you to what they are counting

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-20

Home is a feed again.

Open the app and your topics are right there, best first — ranked by what
readers actually echoed rather than by publication time. Echo a story and it
tells you what changed: "↑ Now #4 in Technology."

LOOK AROUND FIRST
You no longer need an account to see what Echosphere is. Read, echo, explore.
Anything you echo is kept on your device and sent the moment you sign up.

TOPICS ARE PLACES NOW
Tap a topic on any story to visit it: what is rising there, which outlets report
it, how many readers follow it, and how busy it is today.

SEE THE WHOLE STORY
When several outlets cover the same thing, open Coverage to see all of them
ordered by who got there first.

A CALMER SAVED
Sort by recent, most echoed, quickest read or A–Z. Stories you have read are
marked, and an unread filter keeps a long list navigable.

DISCOVER LEARNS — PRIVATELY
Picks on Discover now explain themselves and adapt to what you read and echo.
That happens entirely on your phone. Home stays untouched by it — there, the
community decides.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-09

Fixed forgot your password bug
fixed language mismatch in login screen

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-07

A rebuilt reading experience, from the home screen up.

A real ranked feed
• Home now opens into one feed ranked across every topic you follow,
  instead of a dashboard.
• Tap a story and you go straight to it — no "opening article" screen
  in between.
• Each story shows the topic it came from.
• Home stays short on purpose; tap "Show more stories" for the rest.

A clearer look before you open
• The long-press preview is rebuilt around one question: is this worth
reading? Read and Save come first, and the feedback controls tuck
  into a "More" section.

Themes
• Two new ones: Greenhouse and Hearth.
• The other seven are retuned for long reading — deeper colour and
  clearer separation between cards.
• Fixed: theme atmosphere now sits behind your stories instead of
  washing over the cards.
• Try any theme on your real feed before you switch to it.

Discover
• A new editorial pick, drawn from your interests and echoes.

Also in this release
• Feeds in French and Spanish.
• Story images load noticeably faster.
• Fixed: you're no longer signed out about a day after signing in.
• Smoother screen transitions and clearer selected-state labels.
