In spite of repeated resend requests No OTP is received. After a number of attempts, a message of some error is received. It needs to be set right without any delay. Even after waiting for 30 minutes. It is noted that There is no provision for resend OTP. Consult consulted ECHS staff. They said that this app is absolutely now. A new version has been released, but the same is not available on iOS/ Apple handsets. Why can’t we do a job properly. It amounts to harassment to the veterans. I will request the senior officers in charge to personally look into these basic matters.
