One of them should be dark mode. Let's face it it's a basic feature in just about every application nowadays and this needs to be added. ### 2/5 — Sometimes it works sometimes not so much :( *2022-04-14, version 22.0.2* The app works as it should at times. The notifications will work then all of a sudden will stop working. Multiple techs start having this problem At the same time on different mobile platforms. We will uninstall and reinstall with no resolution. It’s frustrating when you work in a busy environment and you depend on the notifications. We tried the texting feature in the software but we have never been able to get that to work. We pay a lot of money for this to work SOMETIMES. When trying to dispatch it takes forever for it to let me press the button to continue. Calls disappear from list for no reason. Had to reinstall twice already because notifications quit working. GPS is not accurate at all if it even works. Remote Tech had so much more functionality than this app. Very disappointed. Nothing good to say about it, Locks up, have to remove and reinstall. Errors, you complete a function set phone down then discover next time you pick up phone app failed. Avoid this app at all cost , run away, as fast as you can. Won’t let me rate less than one star. Would like to give it a - 5. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2021-06-12, version 21.1.3* Crash, crash, lockup. I had to disable location services, and force quit the app so it doesn’t run in the background. It’s a new phone, so it’s not the fault of the battery, it’s the app. ### 2/5 — Needs some serious work *2024-03-20, version 24.2.0* This is a horrible app, it needs some serious work to bring it up to what the website version is. First off you can't search past service calls without knowing the identifier for a specific piece of equipment whereas on the website you could just search a person name or a date range. it's just clunky and it needs some serious revitalization. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — A must have for techs *2025-04-19, version 2025.2.1* I've tried a bunch of business apps, but ECI MobileTech tops them all. It’s robust, yet easy to navigate and packed with features that make my workflow more efficient. I can now focus on my business rather than managing it. This used to be a zero star app imo when our company was forced to use it. Now I’d say it’s a solid 3.5 rating. ### 4/5 — Still needs a few updates *2026-02-27, version 2026.2.1* Technician needs to be able to edit the equipment. Sometimes we don’t always know the correct equipment and need to be able to change it when on site. Right now, our office manager has to change it after I close the call which is just more work. Had numerous issues with putting in meters and it will tell me the threshold is to low or to high, but then I will put 1 above what it says and it won’t take it. I’ve had to go up by 40K just to take the meter. Again, Manager has to go in and change it after the fact. Why does it want me to share my location 24/7? While using the app should be sufficient enough. No one needs to know where I am at night and on the weekends! It stays off on my end completely, but app asks me to change it every log in. Other than these few things, the app absolutely makes it easier to get a call done. Much more efficient. Keep with the updates and fixes and This will be a top tier app!
