With most apps, with you buy the subscription it just opens. With this one, you are still stuck at the login page. I have seen that others have this problem as well, but I don’t see any resolution. I will wait for a day or two and then cancel my subscription if there isn’t an easy fix. ### 1/5 — Help! *2021-07-10* I would love this app if I could get it to work. I'm running the latest ios version on my iPhone 11 Pro max. I don’t think I’ll end up keeping my subscription and watch him on YouTube instead. ### 1/5 — Not pleased *2021-01-09* I’ve used ET Now for several years. Also enjoyed the monthly teachings. This has been reduced to a site that seems nobody is paying attention to. The “Monthly Teaching,” which previously changed on the first day of the month, is the same now for weeks and weeks. As much as I am devoted to listening to Eckhart’s discussions, I won’t stand for paying for unattended content. If this isn’t given more attention, meaning updated content with new live talks, I’m out. There is plenty of content available for spiritual seekers without getting taken advantage of. Incidentally, Deepak’s people have done a similar disservice, IMHO, that is, charging the same or more for web content, but reducing access. Not fair, and not right, in my opinion. **Developer response:** Please let us know what your favorite part of the old app was? Do you have the latest 1.4 version? We have added: • Audio Only playback • Download Videos locally for offline playback • Picture in Picture Support on iPhone and iPad • Playing back audio in background mode Would love to get more feedback on how we can improve the app! ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2020-11-22* Cannot click Forgot Password. **Developer response:** Thanks for reporting this I will fix it! ### 1/5 — Cant login *2020-11-19* On the login page, i cant swipe down the keyboard, which is where the “submit” button is located. So i cant login. I called Sounds True tech support but was told to call Apple. **Developer response:** I believe we have addressed this in the latest 1.4 release of the app. You should be able to click the Next button for smaller iPhones when in the email password. And then done in the password to access the Log In button. I will try and move it up higher and look into the swipe down of the keyboard. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2020-10-28, version 1.0* Can’t login. I’m sure it could be a good app however, I will never know. I tried going to app support and it said it was not functional. **Developer response:** Sorry the first release required being an existing member. In the latest release we added support for In App Subscription via Apple. You can choose to either purchase through Apple In App subscription or sign up on the website https://eckharttolle.com and then you will be able to access all of the functionality through the iOS app. Let us know if you are still having problems... ### 1/5 — Can’t even login *2020-10-22, version 1.0* Unfortunately I wasn’t able to even login to this app. After typing in my username and password, the keyboard will not minimize and I cannot click the login button which is hidden underneath. After agreeing to pay $20 per month, I was signed up, but never given a chance to set my email or password. So I am paying without being able to USE the product. Comically bad design… And no way to get customer support (blank page). And no way to cancel. And no special instructions for the many users who signed up the way I did (using Apple account). Sad. ### 1/5 — Abysmal *2021-10-22* Ironic that such an esteemed teacher tolerates a simple video app that 1) requires support and 2) fails to provide it. I was never provided login info but I was billed by Apple for nearly twenty bucks. Where may I submit my own invoice now for my time calling this (dis-) organization twice and emailing a half dozen times, all in vain? It would be wonderful if there was a way to delete downloaded videos when you are finished with them to free up space on your device. ### 5/5 — Great app and easy to use *2021-01-29* The ET Now app gives me the flexibility to take Eckhart and Kim with me wherever I go. When I access the Presence Portals, I have different topics to select from and listen to a teaching about a specific topic. I use the Reminders section to set a reminder that goes off at a specific time each day. This reminds me to stop what I am doing and take a moment of stillness and/or quiet and breathe. I have really been enjoying this addition to the app. ### 5/5 — Deepening into Presence *2021-01-27* Finally, an app that doesn’t encourage me to mindlessly scroll on my phone! Being able to watch Eckhart’s teachings anywhere is so helpful for my spiritual practice. I often use it when my mind is racing and I cannot fall asleep. It always brings me into the present moment. It’s simple and easy to navigate, so I don’t have to put too much effort into finding something new to watch. The ability to set present moment reminders is also helpful throughout the day, because they remind me to breathe and get grounded. ### 5/5 — Great to have all videos in one place *2020-10-20, version 1.0* Easy way to watch and listen to everything Eckhart Tolle. ### 3/5 — Loved this then totally frustrated *2021-05-21* I have really enjoyed the talks on this app. Suddenly I am unable to play many of the ones listed. I will push the play button and it will go to the screen like it’s going to play and then it goes right back to the original screen. Over and over again. I am enrolled in and paid for the School of Awakening. I emailed their support people and they told me too contact the Apple App store. ### 2/5 — Buffering *2022-02-03* Same thing is happening to me. I pay for access to the app and the videos aren’t playing 90 percent of the time ### 2/5 — Room for improvement *2021-06-25, version 2.0* The idea behind the app is great and the content even better, but my app keeps freezing and although it saves my progress on the videos, once I’ve started a video it won’t let me return to it - it just keeps loading and loading 🤷🏼‍♀️ Frustrating, because the online version does not save your progress and does not sync with your playlist. ### 2/5 — Can't open playlist *2020-11-05* Wanted to stream my playlist while on the go but get error message that playlist can't be accessed. Access to audio-only is essential. **Developer response:** We have added support for Audio Only playback in the 1.4 release of the app. Please check this out and let us know if you have any more feedback on how the experience can be improved! ### 2/5 — Has several issues *2020-10-06* I liked the old app much better. With this one you can’t turn the video off or listen to it in the background. You need to play the video all the time which drains the battery. You also can’t just listen to the audio. In the previous one you could could close the screen and still listen to it in the background. With this one if you turn off the screen the program closes. **Developer response:** This issue has been fixed in the 1.4 update. You can play picture in picture and in background mode on iPhone now.
