Die Fernsteuerung für das Auto ist ein Witz, die App funktioniert so gut wie nie und verbindet sich so gut wie nie.

Dont think the mitsubishi know how to make it work as it is designed to. 
Always have connection error code, even you put your smartphone next to the car. 

They are Still using legacy WIFI protocol to connect to current 5G Smart devices? Sound to me that their digital engineers of the car maker has no budget to help improving it?!

There seems to have been some sort of update to this app.  It is still truly dreadful. Almost impossible to connect.  Fix it Mitsubishi.  This is not okay.

やれる事、有効範囲の狭さが旧時代。 夏場でも、冬場でも一旦車の近くに行かないと繋がらないなら、スマホでの操作の意味がない。 こんな使えない開発してるなら、もっと別の管轄に有効な人材を回して欲しい。 よっぽどphevでエンジンスターターを使える電気周りの設計に労を回して欲しかった。

Das ist mit Abstand die schlechteste App, die ich je heruntergeladen habe. Es funktioniert nichts wirklich, weil dauernd die WLAN oder Internetverbindung abbricht. Das ist sehr ärgerlich und für den Preis des Fahrzeugs völlig daneben.

Noch nie eine so schlechte App erlebt, registrieren ist ein schlechter Witz und extrem Umständlich. Reichweite - Fehlanzeige es sind gerade 5m, aber nur wenn nichts dazwischen ist. Überhaupt ist die ganze Software in dem Fahrzeug eine Katastrophe, die beworbene Standheizung in meiner Ausstattung Top ist wie Lotto spielen. Obwohl schon zigfach neu eingestellt geht sie fast nie. Laut Werkstatt soll ich sie mit der App einstellen, nur die bricht ständig die WLAN Verbindung ab, alles ein schlechter Witz.

Auch vorher funktionierte die Verbindung mehr schlecht als recht. 
Beim heutigen Stand der Technik sollte mehr möglich sein. Vor allen Dingen die Reichweite.

The app wont connect,  can’t find the cars WLAN.  Bought my 2021 Eclipse Cross second hand through another dealer,  and then took to a local registered Mitsubishi dealer to get the SSID and password out of the car. Which I didn’t have. They charged $50 for this service.  They managed to help me connect the app initially, but it wasn’t a very simple process even with their help. They said it wasn’t easy. Then as soon as I got home I couldn’t reconnect, the WLAN doesn't reappear in my phones wireless list.  What’s the point?

Comme la communication se fait uniquement en étant connecté au LAN de la voiture et que ce LAN n’est pas très puissant, il faut être à côté de la voiture pour que ça fonctionne. Autant rentrer dans la voiture et agir directement. Aucun intérêt donc et une énorme déception par rapport à la concurrence

Connected to the car and set a schedule for climate control. Left the app and reconnected to normal wifi and then the schedule was gone and never worked. What was the point of that? Just a completely pointless app!

Have to keep reinstalling to use and it eventually will work if you do set a climate control schedule don’t ad it is a mission to get the app to reconnect to make adjustments 

There is no other method to change or stop a schedule so it ends up being a permanent feature that will drain the battery expect better from this and certainly have an option on the main console in the car

Neues Handy ? App mit Auto neu verbinden ? Nein, das tu ich mir nicht an ! Außerdem ist die App eh nutzlos, wie schon einige geschrieben haben, fünf Meter Reichweite für ein veraltetes WLAN ! Klimaanlage oder Standheizung vom Bürofenster aus einschalten, wäre schön gewesen…
Die App kommt mir nicht mehr aufs Handy !

It used to have trouble connecting, then it had trouble staying connected, then it wouldn't send instructions. Since the latest update, the car wifi disconnects the minute I open the app. Several months later update: now it won't do anything at all. Says there's no connection even when it's connected.

Leider nach meinem Umstieg von einem iPhone 8 auf ein iPhone 14 unterbricht das WLAN sobald die App eine Verbindung aufbauen möchte mit dem Auto. Wäre toll wenn man das fixen könnte.

Ne fonctionne que avec le lan de la voiture en étant côté arrière gauche du véhicule, si je me tiens devant la voiture pas d’accès au réseau du véhicule alors je dis pas lorsque le véhicule est au garage et moi dans la maison juste au dessus, à part transmettre les heures de chargement électriques aucun intérêt. C’est bien dommage la concurrence à un siècle d’avance.

Hallo, mit dem Update auf iOS 18.2 kann keine Funktion mehr ausgelöst werden. Bei jeden absenden wechselt es in 5G oder in in WLAN mit Internet. Mit keinen Trick lässt es sich umgehen. Selbst wenn im Flugzeugmodus nur das WLAN des Fahrzeuges zugelassen wird. Bitte umgehend um ein Update

Die App ist soweit echt gelungen. Einfach Dargestellt und ohne lang überlegen verständlich. 
Was man besser machen könnte:
-Ladefortschritt in % anzeigen und die Visualisierung kräftiger darstellen. 
-Benzin stand Anzeige mit aufnehmen. 
Das sind meine ersten Punkte die ich vermisse.

Bei dem heutigen Stand der Technik nicht nachvollziehbar, wie schlecht die WLAN Verbindung zu Fahrzeug ist. Das ist bei diesem Fahrzeugpreis doch recht beschämend, es sei den, man Park im Wohnzimmer 😤. Da muss noch was kommen, den gerade dieser Vorführeffekt bei Freunden, rundet das Fahrzeug als Ganzes erst ab!

(2024.1.23 追記) この不具合は、数日前の修正アップデートで対応されました。少なくとも以前と同様に使える様になり、ありがたいです。 
※但し、ハードウェアの問題(実装当初から車載wifiの能力が低い)で接続距離とレスポンスの悪さから来るストレスは解消しません。 
 —-修正前のコメント—- 使用機種: iPhone XS Max アップデートしたら、充電と空調のタイマー機能を使用する際には欠かせない、「スケジュール設定」のボタンが消えてしまいました。 
厳密には、上記ボタンの位置が下方にズレているらしく画面下、中央にある丸い更新ボタンの奥に隠れてしまっているような状態です。 おそらく、この機種のモニタサイズに対して、最適化が正しく行われていないのかも。 少なくとも同機種のiPhoneを使用されている方、1.0.2にはアップデートされない方が良さそうです。以前にも増してストレスが溜まります。 他機種では問題ないのでしょうか？

### 2/5 — Einfache übersichtliche Bedienung jedoch sehr eingeschränkt

Die App ist relativ einfach gestaltet und daher auch einfach in der Bedienung.
Jedoch halten sich auch die Funktionen sehr in Grenzen!
Es gibt zb keine Möglichkeit zu sehen das das Auto voll geladen ist, da sich der Status automatisch auf warten umschaltet.
Auch die Reichweite ist eine mittlere Katastrophe!
Während andere Fahrzeuge zb Renault zoe eine simkarte verbaut haben und über das lte Netz funktionieren hat man hier das board wlan mit einer maximalen Reichweite von 5 Metern.
Was die App im Prinzip überflüssig macht da ich alle Einstellungen der App auch bequem im Fahrzeug erledigen kann und ich zur Verwendung der App so oder so im Fahrzeug oder in griffweite stehen muss.

Sehr einfache und übersichtliche Bedienung ohne viel Schnickschnack. Jedoch ist die Reichweite des WLAN ein schlechter Witz. 5 Meter Entfernung mit der Garagentür dazwischen und schon wird das WLAN nicht erkannt. Wenn ich mich zur Dateninfo neben das Auto stellen muss, brauch ich keine app sondern setze mich gleich rein und sehe nach….
