Alles funktioniert wunderbar. Die einzigen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sind „Push-Benachrichtigungen“ und „Endgültiges Löschen bestätigen“. Nicht einmal eine Signatur ist einzurichten. Das Adressbuch ist auch leer. Selbst wenn ich Kontakte in der App darin hinzufüge, kann ich beim E-Mail-Schreiben nicht darauf zugreifen. Auf das iPhone-Adressbuch ist ohnehin nicht zuzugreifen. Ich muss also jede E-Mail-Adresse händisch und vollständig eintippen. Jedes Mal. Keine Autovervollständigung, nichts. Da ich die App daher nicht viel nutze, habe ich bestimmt auch noch nicht alle Kritikpunkte entdeckt. ### 3/5 — Recht gut *2021-03-10, version 3.0.0* Die App ist sehr übersichtlich, jedoch stört es sehr, dass beim verfassen einer Email diese nicht gesehen werden kann. Ich muss jedes mal im Blindflug schreiben und habe nicht die Möglichkeit die mail noch einmal zu lesen oder zu korrigieren. ### 3/5 — Eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden, aber *2020-09-30, version 3.0.0* Bin eigentlich völlig zufrieden mit der App, übersichtlich und erfüllt voll den Zweck. Das große Problem ist aber dass ich außerhalb des WLANs keine Mails lesen, schreiben, etc. kann, weder über die App noch über Safari, es wird immer wieder angezeigt „es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten“, deswegen kann es leider keine 5 Sterne geben. Tap "Try again" to check whether the service is available again. CUSTOMISABLE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Until now, push notifications for new emails only showed the number of unread messages — discreet, but without context. From version 3.9.9, you can choose in settings: either continue showing only the count (privacy-friendly) or display the sender as the title and the subject as the notification text. The setting can be chosen independently per device — so a personal device can show full content while a work device stays discreet. A tap opens the full-screen viewer with pinch-to-zoom, horizontal swiping for navigation and swipe-down-to-close. Videos play directly in the app - supported formats inline, others via the native player. From the gallery you can share files, send them directly as email attachments and delete them. Multi-select allows sharing or deleting multiple files at once. Sorting by date, name or size is also integrated. BIOMETRIC LOGIN Touch ID and Face ID are now supported as a login method. After a one-time setup in settings, a fingerprint or glance is all it takes to unlock the app. Biometric authentication uses only the device's Secure Enclave - your password never leaves the device. ONE-TAP NEWSLETTER UNSUBSCRIBE Many newsletters support RFC 8058 direct unsubscription (List-Unsubscribe header). For these emails, an "Unsubscribe" button appears directly in the reading view - no detour through the browser or manual searching for the unsubscribe link. One tap is all it takes. LOGIN IMPROVEMENTS The login form now automatically scrolls up when the on-screen keyboard appears, keeping the input fields always visible. ACCOUNT INFO PAGE The account info page now shows structured information: email address, plan name and customer number at a glance. New: a visual storage bar with separate display of email storage and Drive storage. Overages are highlighted in colour so you can immediately see when you need to upgrade your storage. STORAGE WARNING When your email storage is almost full (from 98 % usage), an automatic notice appears with a direct link to the upgrade page. This way, no incoming emails are silently rejected. The notice appears at most once every 24 hours. TEXT MODE FOR EMAILS In settings, you can now globally choose whether HTML emails are displayed as formatted HTML or as plain text by default. The setting applies to all emails and is saved permanently.
