## What is eClock Digital punch clock?

eClock is the original LOW COST and high quality punch clock, used for the attendance tracking and personnel accesses control.
It is perfect for the locations without punch clocks,such as; new stores, offices, warehouses and headquarters.

eClock is extremely cheap, it costs half the traditional punch clock but having also 10 more advantages:

1. Resets infrastructures costs for the physical punch clock installation:
eClock allows to save more than 70% compared to a traditional punch clock because it doesn’t require any infrastructure or installation cost, any cables, data collectors, control units for the access management, power supplies and transformers, masonry works, specific skills or additional infrastructure requirements aren’t needed, a simple wi-fi or data network connection it’s enough.

2. The very first fashion punch clock with an elegant device appearance:
The device has a really elegant appearance and it can be affixed in any location and on any surface: Wall, window pane or also lean on flat horizontal surfaces like tables, writing desks and receptions.
It is also available in the total black and in the white version.
 
3. Real-Time Data:
eClock transmits in real-time the attendance tracking data through the wi-fi network. The worker places the badge near the device and data are automatically transmitted to the Attendance system without need for any collectors, data files transmission, night synchronization or transmissions at the end of the month.
 
4. Anti-fraud algorithms with clocking anomalies control:
eClock prevents the clocking hours forgery thanks to some proprietary anti-fraud algorithms and it gives also some hints for the clocking anomalies resolution through the comparison of the hour profile, the accounting profile and possible work shifts and part-time management. Everything directly on the Time Management system.

5. Building security and Accesses Control:
eClock guarantees the access control, gives real-time data for the company security and to support the entrance and the welcome guest activities management at the company reception.
 
6. Customizable with your own brand:
eClock can be customized thanks to a high quality colour display; you can choose among different available layouts also with your own company logo.
 
7. Device 7” touch full-screen:
eClock has a 7 inch touch screen display which gives a great user experience.
It can be used also to give useful information to the employee who’s clocking and it gives information about the temperature and the environment humidity, calendars, timetables and weather.
 
8. Wi-Fi and integrable:
eClock goes beyond the traditional punch clocks because it ensures the digital attendance tracking with a simple data connection.
eClock is natively integrated to the EcosAgile Time Attendances System and it can be integrated with API and Web Services to other company systems already in use in your company and to your back-end features. 

9. Cloud system and App:
eClock allows to have a completely cloud-based Attendance Tracking, to give a simple and immediate management of the whole Attendance and Absences process: Clockings, Accesses control, Smart Working, Business trips. Holidays and Time-off, with the respective requests and approvals workflow.
