## What is Éclore?

Éclore is free. Completely, for everyone: no bank card, no trial that turns into a subscription, no ads, nothing to unlock. You open the app, and everything is there.

Éclore keeps company with women living with PMOS, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, the name adopted in 2026 for what used to be called PCOS, polycystic ovary syndrome (SMOP in French). Everything is designed for your day to day, with no pressure and no judgement: here, an irregular or absent cycle is never “late”.

In the morning, in one tap
Your Home Screen widget shows your cycle, your routines and your water at a glance, and a glass is added without opening the app. Your morning-to-evening routine gathers your supplements, your medicines, your pill organiser and whatever you decide to put in it, at the times you choose.

During the day
Log your period, your symptoms and your mood in a few taps. Your cycle reads at a glance, and the markers stay honest: no date is announced while data is missing. At the table, about a hundred gentle, tasty recipes, with what to swap in when gluten or dairy doesn’t agree with you; portions adjust and the shopping list sorts itself by aisle. Scan a label, photograph your dish, or start from what’s left in your fridge.

In the evening, to breathe out
Three-minute breathing exercises, short gentle movement sessions, small games to switch off, the quiz of the day, and your evening ritual ticked in your routine.

At the doctor’s, prepared
Your notebook keeps your appointments, with a reminder the evening before and a tip to get ready, the questions to ask, your prescriptions, your test results and their curves. Everything exports to PDF when you want to show it.

When you want to understand
Short lessons to read or listen to, and more than fifty plainly written topics, from hormones to supplements. Every page says where the information comes from, and the scientific sources are gathered in your profile.

When you want to talk
A community of women going through the same thing: share a meal, a word, a day. Private messaging, groups, a directory of professionals by country. Reporting and blocking are there at any time, and the tab can be hidden if you would rather keep to yourself.

The topics you choose
Éclore starts from PMOS, polycystic ovaries, and you add what concerns you: the days before your period, coming off the pill, trying to conceive, pregnancy, around birth. You can change your mind whenever you like.

On every screen
Éclore works on iPhone and iPad, with an Apple Watch app and a Home Screen widget (iOS 17 or later). Light or dark mode, and several colour moods.

In your language
Éclore speaks seven languages: French, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Arabic, with right-to-left layout. United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada or Australia: the app switches to your language on its own.

Your data stays in France
Your data is hosted in France, with a French hosting provider. Nothing is sold, nothing feeds advertising, and no AI assistant reads what you write down. At any time you can erase your health data or delete your account from within the app. The vault locks sensitive sections behind your fingerprint or your face. Connecting to Apple Health is optional: the app works perfectly well without it.

Discovery mode lets you visit for free, without creating an account.

Good to know
Éclore is a wellbeing and information app. It does not diagnose anything, it does not replace any healthcare professional, and it is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745. Its cycle markers are indicative. It is not a method of contraception. For any health question, please speak with your doctor or midwife.

Éclore is published by TAILOR ADVICE.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-09-23

Version 1.4 — coming back every day.

A card waits for you when you open the app: a tip tuned to your phase, a seasonal recipe, a section to read. Keep it if it speaks to you.

Recipes now give their per-serving figures: calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre, computed from the ingredients and reviewed one by one.

The day’s log welcomes three optional observations: discharge, ovulation test, intercourse. They sync with Health if you wish. Éclore notes them, it doesn’t interpret them.

Also: themed recipes for a season, reminders you set one by one, and the countdown to your next period on your Home Screen and your watch.

### 1.3.2 — 2026-09-20

Version 1.3.2 — two fixes.

Tapping a team announcement in the notification centre kept reopening the same screen: that’s fixed, the announcement now unfolds in place.

And when a new version is available, the app tells you when it opens, with a button to update.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-20

Version 1.3.1 — some fixes. The cycle calendar sometimes showed an empty Sunday on certain iPhones, with the days shifted: that is fixed. In every form where you write to us, you now give an address so we can reply, and a phone number if you like. A message lets you know if a report could not be sent. The supplement search recognises new brand names.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-17

Four new things, and a lighter app.

Éclore on your Home Screen (iOS 17 or later): a widget shows your cycle, your routines and your pill, and adds a glass of water in one tap. Choose what it shows in Profile › My widget.

Your appointments: the evening before, a reminder with a tip to get ready, discreet on the lock screen.

Reporting content: simply pick a reason.

Supplements: common brand-name formulas can now be found by their name.

Topic narrations download when you listen to them: the app takes up less space on your phone.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-05

A fix. On phones set to a larger text size, the cycle calendar displayed the Sunday column incorrectly and shifted the following days. This is now repaired — all seven days sit where they belong, whatever text size you have chosen.
