It doesn’t let you transfer funds when you need too only like once or twice before you have to do it at an atm. Mobile deposit is not on the update either. The touch id never works, it removed 4 characters from my username and saved the incorrect one between logins, and when i type the correct username and password, it still doesn’t work most times. ### 1/5 — No Check Deposit/Sign-In Bugs *2019-04-30* You are supposed to be able to deposit checks through this app. I am enrolled online, so I should be able to see an option for check deposit. I also can never use Touch ID. I get an error every time. Useless. ### 2/5 — Outdated app software *2020-08-01* I think the app developers should consider looking at other banking apps to see how they differ. Before I was able to name my accounts at least since I didn’t have the MULTIPLE account numbers memorized, now it’s just the bare minimum. Account balance, transfer and deposits. What about a spending summary? Or the ability to transfer to other members? Or the ability to transfer to other banks? I mean anything?! As soon as I log in to the app I’m ready to log out. This app is not aesthetically pleasing in the slightest nor does it update my account over the weekend. It’s missing pizzazz!! I did give it two stars instead of one for the bare minimum info I do receive. EDIT: there is a whole lot of cap in this app. Where can you see pending payments in the app? I see the pictures show it but my account NEVER does?! 🧐 also, how do you have account numbers showing as account names? Mine show as xxxx1234-1. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2019-12-26* This app is glitchy. The old version was more reliable. I have trouble logging in a good bit. I also don’t like that I can’t see more detail in my account overview. I want to see balances after each debit or credit. ### 2/5 — I’m Almost Done with eCO *2019-08-07* I agree with previous comment. I have always had problems with the app! I think the CU operations lack a lot: incredibly long line inside and in drive through, website issues, not enough staff to handle customer load, but the absolute worst is the mobile banking app. I’m re installing it for the third time now! The only thing I think eCO has going for it is the employees.
