I was so excited to find ECO. essential Oils as they are Aussie made on the GC!! That was what mainly prompted me to buy as well as the excellent price compared to others out there. THEN along came all the other benefits of buying from this company … superfast shipping (free over certain amount spent,) excellent rewards program!!! And yes again the price difference and super super sales every few months . I also love that you can return your empty bottles and recycle and get rewarded for that too! (I have well over 50 empty bottles here ready to recycle back to this wonderful company.) Also their info and books are amazing ,I’ve gifted many too friends. I can’t express how much these oils helped her when she felt sick and nauseous. Many of the doctors and nurses would often ask what she was using and I would explain how the essential oils (even just smelling them straight from the bottle) helped her work through a wave of nausea. She is now in remission but still loves her essential oils! I purchased the mini portable diffusers(3!) and two large diffusers, plus a variety of value pack essential oils and blends. I can use every app in the store which isn't AI, eg. ChatGPT, so what kind of data harvesting are you possibly doing? Just sits there greyed out trying to load. Very frustrating and inconvenient. ### 2/5 — Useless Search Bar *2023-08-14* While the app is easy to use, the search bar is useless as anything you search for is not shown and random products are shown instead. For example, when i searched for the “immune support blend” (which is exactly what it’s called) it showed a bunch of random pure essential oils, not even blends let alone the product I searched for which doesn’t even appear anywhere on the page despite being able to find it when browsing all the products (and yes it is in stock). This has happened with almost all the products I’ve searched for. There’s no point in a search function if it won’t even bring up what I’m searching and it makes it impossible to quickly find and add things to the cart.
