The customer service stands out head and shoulders beyond every other financial account I have ever had. They are fast and very pleasant to speak with. I can do it all through email too. ### 5/5 — Amazing “bank” *2023-07-24* Not only do I get 4% interest on my spending account but I also get 5% back on gift card purchases. ### 5/5 — Better than my bank account *2023-07-23* Was apprehensive but this FDIC insured yield for a checking account is for real. Connected my payroll so now I start earning 4% as soon as I get paid. I also get Eco Points for paying my bills so I get points on both sides when I pay off my credit card. The app works just like my checking account except I get 4% APY instead but .03% or whatever so moving over was a no brainer since it’s FDIC insured. The support team is AMAZING btw!!! ### 5/5 — Love Eco! *2023-07-12* The app is very user friendly and the APY is great compared to other savings accounts. They are also very transparent whenever they make changes. ### 3/5 — Why Should I Care? *2023-06-07* I was an early adopter and excited about the value proposition but the app experience falls short. Eco points mean nothing to me and have as much purpose as Chuck-E-Cheese tokens. The APY is kinda appealing but only if you carry alot of cash in your checking account. Other banking apps like Chime or Current just have more utility like round-up savings or actual cash back at certain vendors. ### 1/5 — THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! *2023-05-30* I highly do not recommend this app or company! I haven’t even used my account, didn’t deposit but logged in to see what the interest rate is (if it changed) and it said “account locked” I also went in to get my referral link to refer all my friends and family but thank goodness I seen they locked it before I could. These people are NOTHING but thieves. Having people deposit money then awhile later having their accounts locked taking peoples money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM I’m not the only one having this happen to. Someone put $5,000 dollars in their account and they locked it! When I asked customer service they said they don’t lock unless we don’t follow their policies. I didn’t even do anything for them to lock my account. I haven’t been in my account for months, never used my card and suddenly for no reason it’s now locked no warning, no contact of it BAM LOCKED ### 1/5 — Absolute Scam *2023-02-09, version 31.0* This is a scam. Plain and simple. It’s ridiculous because someone had the same problem where they “couldn’t serve my account”. It’s disgusting. I had problem adding any money to my account, so I tried adding a dollar. The dollar went into the account and I tried spending it and they locked my account. They’ll tell you to “email them” but it’s no use. They’ll just say they “couldn’t serve you”. I reached out to customer support and they said After a review, our team has determined that we are unable to support your Eco account moving forward.
