### 2/5 — Mobile app doesn’t ever work

*2026-07-15*

I guess the battery works but can’t get the mobile app to check the battery level to work.

### 4/5 — It works

*2026-07-06, version 2.5.1*

Shows how much charge battery has left, how many hours of run time it has. Nothing fancy, it works. Enough said!

### 3/5 — Decent app that needs to improve

*2026-04-25*

I was able to connect one by one all of the Eco-Worthy LiFePo batteries vi bluetooth and their health and data status showed up correctly. During the charging, the app continued to show the increasing charge all the way to 100% until the charger stopped. Which is accurate, I believe. However, there is no option to enable WiFi or connect the devices to the WiFi. This feature needs to be enabled and working as advertised, so that batteries can be monitored from any distance within WiFi range instead of just relying on bluetooth connectivity which requires close proximity.

### 3/5 — Can’t sign in to the shop

*2026-04-19, version 2.4.8*

Shop is still broken - just crashes when you try to sign in..

### 3/5 — Synced accounts.

*2026-01-11*

Would be nice to have all the Eco devices sync across all my personal devices when I log in to the app. That way I can monitor my battery status from anywhere on any device instead of having to scan the battery barcode for each new mobile device I want to use.

### 2/5 — When it works it’s ok.

*2026-01-11, version 2.4.6*

Lots of connectivity issues with the battery. It successfully connects about 1 out of 10 times. More of a frustration than a useful app.

### 2/5 — Needs complete rewrite

*2026-01-07*

App is extremely buggy, half the time you press on charge controller and nothing happens, or it will load up after 15s with no ui loading effects, I have added wifi network and it shows connected but tapping it shows no error nor data, just nothing and then app freezes. Terrible user experience.

### 1/5 — So slow..

*2025-12-19*

The UI is fine. But having to wait 30-60 seconds for it to load 5 batteries percentage so I can check my charge level is horrible.

I would rather have to walk 100 ft to my inverter and check it there, than on the app. It's literally faster to make the walk, vs sit there and stare at a dashboard without data for a whole minute, while the app manages to load like 1kb of data across bluetooth.

### 1/5 — Was working now stopped working

*2025-12-18, version 2.4.6*

I connected via Bluetooth and it was working ok for day. Tried to connect the following day and couldn’t. Tried deleting the app and starting again now it cannot see the battery BMS at all. Tried scanning the QR code, no success. It’s a problem as you cannot monitor properly. I think the BMS has a problem but I really don’t know.

### 2/5 — Location tracking is essential to ensure it works

*2025-12-05, version 2.4.6*

Too complicated for me. Did not enable lactation tracking. Why would I want a battery manufacturer to track my location for an app that only works 5 meters away from phone.

So now won’t connect and this feature which is why I chose battery won’t work.

Probably return product as unable to reset the app

### 2/5 — Sign in issues

*2025-11-25, version 2.4.5*

App was ok when it worked. I used Sign in with Apple and all was fine until the app logged me out, I have tried to log back in with Sign in with Apple and the app says “login success” then shows a grey screen. I can log in using email by creating a new account however my battery won’t connect to Bluetooth as it is bound to my “sign in with Apple” account

### 1/5 — Would not recognize the QR code on battery.

*2025-11-11, version 2.4.5*

What’s to say, the title says it all.

### 2/5 — Don’t register

*2025-09-16, version 2.4.4*

Everything seems to work well with the app and was easily able to connect to the two batteries I bought. The problem is that when you register, all you get is a blank screen, and you have to delete the app and reinstall it for it to start working again. Don’t register!

### 3/5 — Buggy and could use some fine-tuning

*2025-08-19*

The App interface is very dated and could use a refresh.

Please add the Battery SOC on the Home Page so we don’t have to scroll back and forth to the bottom of the Control Page to get the SOC.

Also the Load indicator on the Home Page is incorrect! I have 7x 12V 7W back-yard lights and the App is showing a total load of only 0.6A and 7W instead of 49W and about 4.08A!!! Please fix!

### 1/5 — Could be a lot better

*2025-08-01*

I purchased 3 150 AH lithium batteries. All the batteries have built in Bluetooth.
However and I mean a big HOWEVER! The iPhone app will only show the first two batteries I connected to Bluetooth. It will not connect the third battery.
I can understand reading only one Bluetooth battery at a time but come on. You should be able to add as many batteries that you have Bluetooth space for. I believe my iPhone can have 256 different Bluetooth connections.
Come on guys please fix this app so I can add more batteries. Or better yet give us an app that shows all the batteries at once.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for 48V system 5000w inverter

*2025-07-28*

Tried multiple different times to scan QR codes on the batteries for the built in BMS; not only does it not work your device will not pop up on the bluetooth to connect a different way. Cant get ahold of customer service, so much for 24/7 support. Honestly a flop and i was excited for easy management. The app itself is infuriating, let alone the system an issues i can not resolve with out a tech. But i cant get anyone on the phone.

### 1/5 — Batteries vulnerable to unauthorized access via Bluetooth using the app, plus other issues

*2026-08-03*

Since there are no authorization/security challenges to connect to the battery, anyone in range can access it with the app. There are hidden settings in the app that can be used to leave a person without power when they need it most (medical devices, fridge/freezer, security cameras or other security devices, etc.) and the settings are very easy to access and, depending on system configuration and how it’s used, the battery may be tampered with unbeknownst to the operator until there’s a potential cascade of problems, like if the charge function is disabled and a person isn’t aware, they might run their battery all the way down and, say, not be able to use a CPAP machine at night.

These settings need to be made accessible to all users without needing to use the hidden path.

There needs to be some level of security implement at the BMS level and integrated into the app.

I don’t know what all batteries are affected, but the 12v 314Ah I purchased in June 2026 are vulnerable. And, there is no way to just turn Bluetooth off as a stopgap until the vulnerability is fixed.

There are other issues with the app and there are many improvements I would like to see implemented, but I want EW to focus on resolving the complete lack of security first.

### 1/5 — Spotty Bluetooth

*2026-05-21*

Bluetooth connection is a hit and miss situation where most of the time is unavailable. Please fix it.

### 1/5 — Batteries don’t connect Bluetooth

*2026-03-27, version 2.4.7*

So far the batteries are not doing too bad. They don’t charge up equally. They discharge a different rates but the worst part is the Bluetooth doesn’t work on the batteries no matter what you do. They haven’t fixed it yet.

### 1/5 — LiFePo4

*2026-03-04, version 2.4.6*

App doesn't work. Can't recognize the batteries

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-03-02, version 2.4.6*

Sometimes it will display information from my 6 Cubix 100 server rack batteries. Sometimes not. No way to get it working reliably. Typical low quality garbage app.

### 1/5 — App breaks permanently when logging in

*2026-03-01, version 2.4.6*

The app works fine, until I log in. Then I just get a white screen, which persists until I reinstall the app, then I can use it logged out all I want. Until I log in again.

### 1/5 — Nightmare

*2026-01-04, version 2.4.6*

Has this lithium battery got Bluetooth ??? I haven’t seen it and had the battery fitted professionally , we tried everything it’s hopeless, not viable on the Bluetooth on my iPhone won’t scan the QR code won’t find it on the eco app. DOES IT ACTUALLY HAVE BLUETOOTH MAYBE NOT HA HA
its doing my head in brand new 300ah and shows no sign of Bluetooth

### 1/5 — WiFi connect doesn’t work on iOS

*2026-01-03, version 2.4.6*

Try as you might, this will not store the wifi settings using an IOS device. It says it is connected, but it never works. Please fix this bug!!!

### 1/5 — Trash app batters are ok

*2025-12-28, version 2.4.6*

Either the app is lying or the batteries are garbage. The app says the batteries have never been fully charged(after two weeks) …judging from the time of active usage the batteries have been full and are reading 13.35v

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-12-27, version 2.4.6*

This app is absolute garbage, and the batteries’ Bluetooth capabilities aren’t much better. They both crash constantly, and when you try to use the WiFi function by logging in that crashes the entire app. Garbage.
