They ask for transaction reference. It’s an 18 character reference code. I recently changed my phone however and now can’t get the app to work. Ecobank have been good in corresponding with me but say I need to download the latest version of the app which is supposed to be version 5.0, however the version in the Apple App Store is version 4.5.1. Please, please update the app version in the App Store to make it usable. The system consistently displays an error message stating “we cannot process request.” This is problematic because users should have the ability to cancel tokens if they change their mind, rather than being forced to wait for the token to expire. Since we’re dealing with money, this is a security concern if a token falls into the wrong hands, there’s no way to immediately deactivate it. Xpress account holders should also have easy access to view their account tier, spending limits, and monthly breakdowns. Currently, there’s no clear visibility into these important details. Users need to see their current account tier status, daily and monthly spending limits, real-time tracking of limit usage, and historical spending data. On a positive note, I appreciate the recent addition of airtime and bill payment services. However, both the token cancellation feature and account transparency are essential improvements needed for the platform to be reliable and user-friendly.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ### 1/5 — Muy mala la aplicación. *2025-10-14, version 4.5* Deberían mejorar muchas funciones. La mayoría solo sirve de relleno y no funcionan, hay opción para solicitar una tarjeta, pero esa opción no funciona, casi nada de adentro funciona solo sirve para mirar el saldo y hacer transferencias. Ni siquiera te da opción de poder cambiar tu contraseña o poner un correo electrónico. En definitiva es malísima la app. ¿Para qué llenarla de funcionalidades que después no se pueden ejecutar? Eso es un cachondeo. Do everyhing to frustrate transferring money. Tried pn 6 attempts to transfer all of my money out of this scan bank and it wont let me.
