Broken NACS charger. And no adapters at station 506 in Tbilisi. Also support will never respond

Very bad customer service, used for two days and both days had problem with a faulty charger and refund, they say they will refund the unused money or the balance but never do.

22 сентября встали на зарядку в Ереване на станции АМ105 2024-09-22 в 16:20

Показало, что зарядка началась. Через час пришли, зарядилось на 0% , при этом списали 6.000 драм (1.500₽) . Служба поддержки проигнорировала наш запрос. Помощь не оказали. Деньги не вернули. 

Это развод, не пользуйтесь сервисом. Есть риск, что ваши деньги просто так заберут.

**Developer response:** Спасибо за отзыв - мы никогда не игшорируем никакие запросы. Если у вас возникла техническая проблема- всегда рады помочь. Наша служба поддержки работает 24 часа.

App UI needs polishing. Some pages and gestures are not intuitive. Please also add a possibility to save the attached card instead of entering it every time
