In un periodo storico in cui la tecnologia può offrire un contributo attivo nel soddisfare le esigenze della società nei diversi ambiti della vita quotidiana, Casalasca Servizi S.p.A. ha il piacere di mettere a disposizione l’App Ecocity. La nuova versione si pone l’obiettivo di avvicinare Casalasca Servizi sempre di più alla propria utenza offrendo un rapporto diretto e veloce. E’ stata rivista la veste grafica che la rende ancora più intuitiva di quanto non lo fosse già, pur non rinunciando al suo tradizionale “look & feel” che la contraddistingue da anni. La sezione relativa alle segnalazioni è stata migliorata per offrire una comunicazione bidirezionale in stile “whatsapp”, con lo scopo di snellire e rendere efficace la comunicazione tra l’utente e Casalasca Servizi. Ma la vera innovazione è l’accesso all’AREA RISERVATA ( per i Comuni a Corrispettivo: dove i titolari delle utenze Ta.Ri. possono visionare e scaricare le proprie fatture, le scadenze, gli svuotamenti dell’RSU e i conferimenti ai centri di raccolta abilitati. Inoltre è possibile regolarizzare i pagamenti con il sistema PagoPA.
