CRM (Customer Relationship Management) je systém vytvořený pro shromažďování a následné vyhodnocování informací a dat o firemních klientech a zákaznících. V CRM máte možnost si zaznamenávat všechny firemní, ale i soukromé informace svých zákazníků, na jejichž základě můžete nastavit správnou obchodní strategii.
