It said something was wrong and it didn't send. I tried to resend and it wanted me to pay again. Waste of time and money. ### 2/5 — Looks promising but one significant shortcoming *2020-10-14, version 1.1* There appears to be no way to delete or withdraw a fax once it has been sent but not yet delivered. I sent a fax in error to a landline and, once having realized that, wanted to cancel it but could not find any method of doing so. I don’t know if it’s malicious or just negligence on the developer’s end. I tried sending a fax with this app and it returned an error code, which is fine. But the problem is that it deducts the credits you buy despite the error. ### 1/5 — Failed customer support. *2020-06-02, version 1.1* Issue: fax credits where deducted from my account while the app didn’t send anything. I emailed customer support through their “contact us” in app settings and was sent an email back with an unable to deliver notification. I feel I was cheated out of my money and have been unable to get in contact with anyone.
