Hi App Team. I lost 2 of my 3 coins because the return did not work. I lost the 3rd today because the cart was damaged and I could not put the chain back in my cart, so could not enable the return process.

I have tried countless times to unlock a cart and it always gives me an error. Always.

But I don’t! It worked so well at the start, back when I had my three free ecoins. No more need to remember to always carry a loonie with me! Yay! Then I got an error message returning a cart and no matter what I did, it would not lock. So I forfeited my 1/3 free ecoins. And then it happened again. And then again. I wanted to delete the app and go back to carrying a loonie but I gave it one more chance and actually bought an ecoin. Now, here I am again, and nothing I do allows me to lock my cart and get my ecoin back. I tried a few carts but no can do and that kind of time-wasting is just nonsense. So, it’s back to carrying a loonie and ditching a terribly imperfect app. Great idea but infuriating when you start to feel taken advantage of.

In Toronto in the winter it struggles to release the tab and when you try to return the coin later on it does not want to accept the return. it gives an error reading when you try to return the coin. No way to get your free coin back. The winter is looooong so I will be out of free coins soon despite doing everything right. Urgh. Just bring your physical coin is my advice

Hallo Systec Team, 
Prima Idee, prima App. Ich möchte folgendes Feedback geben, geschehen im AEZ in Puchheim. Entnahme des Wagens mit der App funktioniert. Rückgabe dann wie in der App beschrieben, erst Wagen mit swr Kette angeschlossen, Kette hat verriegelt, dann Rückgabe der Coin per NFC. Letzteres hat nicht geklapot. Mehrfach versucht, Handy u NFC funktuonieren, aber keine Rückbuchung vom Einkaufswagen. Musste dann mit "Rückgabe vergessen" abbrechen. Bin selbst Kontaktlos- und NFC-Experte, daher hoffe ich, dass Ihnen diese Info weiterhilft. Gerne stehe ich für Rückfragen zur Verfügung.
