Ecolines оставил крайне неприятное впечатление. Отменил билет заранее, но компания не возвращает полную сумму, удерживая огромную комиссию — фактически теряешь от 30% , даже если отменяешь заранее.

Такое ощущение, что политика возвратов построена так, чтобы клиент всегда был в минусе, независимо от ситуации.


Больше не воспользуюсь услугами Ecolines и никому не советую. Выбирайте другие компании — здесь о клиентах явно не думают.

Переносили по 1,5 години на 6 годин рейс за один день. Через те що рейс переносили не одразу на 6 годин, а приходила смс що по 1,5 години переносять, доводилось сидіти на вокзалі ці 6 годин. Так було з двома рейсами, причину не пояснюють

I can’t understand why the loyalty points added only for 1 person when I buy tickets for whole my family. I think it would be make more sense if it would count the whole order or to give points for each passenger, and not only those, from which order was made

В приложении пытался купить билеты Минск-Вроцлав. Приложение постоянно глючило и зависало, на выборе мест вообще выбрасывало. Оплата с карты в евро никак не работала в эплпэй, по совету поддержки сменил валюту и -вуаля! На 20-й попытке списали 200 евро вместо цены в приложении 140! Про то, что скидки не применились две не говорю. 
Далее выясняется, что сразу вернуть билеты без потери в 30% невозможно. 
В общем, сервис уровня начала 90ых……
Теперь я точно знаю, что ад нужен

10/10 беріть з собою навушники проводні, оскільки є можливість безкоштовно дивитись багато фільмів, туалет є, водій попався дуже кайфовий, зручно, дуже тихо в автобусі, всі користуються навушниками, одне слово - Європа

I recently purchased a return ticket from Vilnius to Prague with ECOLINES and faced a serious issue. Despite carefully selecting my return date (August 21), their website glitched and booked me for September 21 instead. I noticed the mistake less than an hour after purchase and tried to change the date via their website and app — both kept freezing and crashing.

I contacted their support immediately, but their response was disappointing. They refuse to refund the amount to my ecoBonus account, insisting on a refund only to my bank card — which can take up to 15 working days. This delay and inflexible policy make it impossible to rebook quickly, causing me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

The technical problems on their side, combined with poor customer service and rigid refund policies, make me question their reliability. Be very cautious when booking tickets with ECOLINES online.

Маршрут: Варшава (аеропорт Шопен) — Київ, 19 липня, 16:30

	1. жахливий запах з туалетів на першому поверсі, неможливо було нормально чекати посадку.
	2.	водій поводився агресивно: кричав на пасажирів, був грубим, не робив зупинок для відпочинку, а стиль його водіння був небезпечним.
	3.	двоє пасажирів залишили скарги ще під час маршруту. Замість того щоб прийняти їх до уваги, менеджмент компанії зв’язався з водієм по телефону прямо під час поїздки, чим ще більше його роздратував. 
Висновок: така поведінка неприпустима. Керівництво, яке дозволяє собі “вичитувати” водіїв просто під час рейсу, ставить під загрозу всіх пасажирів. Замість того щоб забезпечити безпеку й якість сервісу, компанія демонструє повну байдужість і непрофесіоналізм. Не рекомендую.

Ставлю три фірмі за систематичні спізнення останнім часом без жодного попередження завчасно. А також за старезні автобуси, які анонсують себе як комфортний автобус, а сам вже давно не комфортний. Колись були мої улюблені. Сам додаток - нічого особливого, квиток відкрити не можна. Порівнюючи з додатком Укрзалізниця, цей ніякий.
