Despite having it set at a certain time throughout the week, some days it just chooses not to turn on which is annoying. ### 1/5 — wont let me sign up *2025-01-19, version 2.4.6* it keeps saying network error on internet, and cellular and I have redownloaded it a few times what to do?? ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore *2025-01-09* What’s the point of selling a product just for it to eventually stop working? It’s sad cause we pay a premium to use the app and customize. It worked at one point and then all of a sudden it didn’t. 1 star. When I tried going into the app to change those settings, I kept getting “network error” notifications. My Wi-Fi is connected just fine. I planned to forget the device and reconnect it, but it logged me out of the app. I can’t even click on “forgot password” to reset it because I keep getting “network error.” No idea how to fix any of this if I can’t login to the app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2024-12-06, version 2.4.6* Network error. I can’t login or register. ### 1/5 — No Network Connection *2024-12-03, version 2.4.6* No network connection, no way to control the lamp anymore. Only left with very limited options. ### 2/5 — Network error? *2024-11-23* Ive had this app for like two years since i got my moon lamp, but recently ive been opening the app to be bombarded with “network error” messages when my wifi is on, and im in an area with stable service. Ive tried logging out, but failed to log in because of the same “network error” message. I do not know how to fix this ### 1/5 — Have to trash the lamp unless the app is fixed *2024-11-15, version 2.4.6* The lamp is programmed to turn on in the morning automatically. However since the app won’t connect to the network any longer I’m unable to alter the programming. Due to DST the lamp turns on an hour before I would like it to.
