Despite having it set at a certain time throughout the week, some days it just chooses not to turn on which is annoying. ### 2/5 — “Network Error” *2024-12-08* For some reason this app stopped working. The lamp stays on the last color settings I set it to. When I tried going into the app to change those settings, I kept getting “network error” notifications. My Wi-Fi is connected just fine. I planned to forget the device and reconnect it, but it logged me out of the app. I can’t even click on “forgot password” to reset it because I keep getting “network error.” No idea how to fix any of this if I can’t login to the app. ### 2/5 — Network error? *2024-11-23* Ive had this app for like two years since i got my moon lamp, but recently ive been opening the app to be bombarded with “network error” messages when my wifi is on, and im in an area with stable service. Ive tried logging out, but failed to log in because of the same “network error” message. You can do it with colors, why not scenes (if it’s already there, it should be explained). Also, along those same lines, the scenes presented in the picture for the App Store are not all available. It could just be the fact that I only have strips, but I don’t see why that would matter. Something else that would be cool to see would be the ability to slow down scenes. Breathing goes really fast and I can’t tell is Candlelight is too fast or too slow but whatever it is isn’t right. I’d LOVE the ability to change the speed at which the scenes occurs!
