With the new ecom® ecomMANDER APP innovative and far more versatile functions are made available from now on:

Schon mehrfach vorm speichern der Daten in der Verwaltung stürzt App ab. Damit ist alles weg.

Je me sert très souvent de cette application car je dois effectué plusieurs analyses de combustion pour un brûleur, mais il est très compliqué de personnaliser les clients et il faudrait un aperçu des commentaires et de la mise en page des rapports avant de pouvoir valider définitivement.J’attends avec impatience la mise à jour!

Ergonomie en baisse par rapport à l’ancienne. Lourdeur pour l’établissement des rapports impossibilité de lancer l’impression ticket comme avant. Bref ne me sert à rien à éviter.

When using with my ecom D it will have the live readings but then the app will freeze which can be very dangerous if the O2 drops too low but the app doesn’t pick it up. Get over to the analyzer and realize the readings are completely different due to the app being frozen. Basically the app is useless.

An sich ist diese App eine gute Sache, man kann die Werte am iPad in Echtzeit sehen, auch wenn das Messgerät  z.B. hinter dem Kessel steht und nicht direkt abgelesen werden kann. Wichtig ist die Möglichkeit bis zu 10 Messungen zu speichern und z.B. als PDF an einen Arbeitsbericht anzuhängen. Und hier ist auch das größte Problem, was die App schon beinahe unbrauchbar macht:
Sollte die Verbindung zwischen Pad und Messgerät kurz unterbrochen werden, man wechselt versehentlich auf dem Pad kurz den Bildschirm in der App oder das Pad bringt z.B. eine Akkustandswarnung sind ALLE bis dahin zwischengespeicherten Messwerte einfach weg. Das geht garnicht. Warum kann hier nicht ein Fenster aufgehen, wo man wählen kann, ob die Werte gespeichert werden sollen oder verworfen werden, oder ob man einfach weiter messen möchte? Bitte dringend verbessern, dann gibt´s auch 5 Sterne!
