It would help if support had info regarding transfer times for coins to help mitigate uneasiness for longer than expected wait times. I was excited to buy the secure wallet to specifically store OMI. I’ve done plenty of other transfers/deposits to and from wallets and coin exchanges, but for whatever reason my OMI deposit has not shown up in the wallet despite it showing successful in the GO chain explorer. It’s weird - I have an OMI wallet on the home page but when I check ‘Manage currencies’ under settings, OMI does not show up on the list. All of my OMI coins are missing. Please fix this and I’ll gladly give 5 stars because I like the concept and simplicity; however, this should not happen and the app is in desperate need of an update. As mentioned in another review, I’m hoping this is an issue of lag. But a whole day for a deposit to be received is slow and makes me feel uneasy. This type of issue never happened with Ledger or Trust. ### 1/5 — Needs a Drastic Update *2021-03-22* As it stands, I am disappointed at the time it takes to send my OMI to the app and store on my wallet. First off, the wallet does not show the OMI balance on the screen. This is probably because it was created before the developers created OMI. Nevertheless, it took almost a whole day to send 1000 OMI to the app. I am certainly not comfortable storing more than 100,000 OMI on the app/cold wallet due to the long delay in time. Please address this. Unlike the Trust wallet, this app feels outdated and slow. I paid $200 for something that should have operated faster and smoother. I literally paid nothing for Trust and I was much happier with the results. Finally, I will be changing this review to five stars, once these issues are addressed.
