Utilizei o app diariamente, e indiquei para várias pessoas devido a propaganda super vantajosa.
Atingi 480 milhas, e desde então elas não estão computando mais. Não se trata nem de trajeto não computado, mas sim de trajeto nem marcado no app. 
Infelizmente comprovei por experiência própria que é um app enganoso.
Apaguei a conta, e ia somente excluir, mas deixo aqui registrada minha experiência, para que outras pessoas não se frustrem como eu.

Aplicativo excelente, consigo utilizar o peso de trabalhar todos os dias presencial computando meus trajetos e trocar por milhas aéreas. Consigo viajar mais ao longo do ano com mais descontos graças a esse aplicativo.

Acumulei 500 milhas em 4 meses usando o app e não consigo trocar por nada que valha a pena. 50 milhas por 5,00 não vale a pena a assinatura. O “suporte” não te responde e se responde mente. Faz uma semana que estou esperando um gift card e não recebi nada ainda e só me dizem para esperar. No começo me disseram que a lojinha renovava a cada mês mas já fazem 4 meses que nada novo entra lá. Enfim, perdi 4 meses de assinatura para essa plataforma de enganação

O aplicativo é picareta, de inicio tudo certo, até que fechei 300 ecomilhas e simplesmente o aplicativo parou de computar as milhas (não falo que não foi validado o trajeto, nem isso, o trajeto simplesmente sumia como se eu nunca tivesse feito) então parei de usar pensando que se tratava de um problema temporário no aplicativo, o que achei péssimo, mas tive esperança que melhorasse. Hoje recebo uma notificação que em menos de 10 dias minhas ecomilhas vão sumir se eu não assinar um plano premium deles ou pagar 10 reais p estender o prazo de resgate delas por tempo limitado, ou seja REFORÇANDO a PICARETAGEM do aplicativo 🤣 nem acredito que cai nesse golpe e ainda de inicio achei otimo e fiz propaganda, desinstalando imediatamente
