This app is not user friendly at all. It is frustrating having to log in again almost every time I use it. However, what is even more annoying than having to repeatedly log in, is the fact I need to enter my username & password manually because there is no recognition. It is a pointless and useless app that requests FAR too much personal information.

Poor usability, takes a long time to setup and not intuitive, the user ids are ridiculously long; it should be setup like a Nest app with customer friendly interface instead of showcasing technical details that are not relevant to a domestic user, the boost function should be on the main page, user name and password can’t be saved on phone in order to access app - no option for Face ID login either

Unintelligible huge sign up contract that forces you to give up privacy. If I had any choice from my installer I would not use this app. I’m going to report it to the regulatory authorities

c’est bien mais devoir remettre ces identifiants quasiment à chaque consultation c’est pas très pratique.
