A mi no me deja poner la dirección exacta de mi casa que si no me obliga a usar otra dirección cerca mío y cuando trato de usar mi dirección me dice que está incorrecta aunque no lo está. Tienen que arreglar el sistema de las direcciones

La utilizo mucho por los precios, pero recomiendo mejorar el proceso de búsqueda de productos. Hay que ir por departamento para encontrar el producto y adentro del departamento como quiera hay que volver a elegir otra sección donde pudiera estar el producto. Si no sabes dónde encontrarlo es complicado. Se de personas que no pasan el trabajo de buscar. Si arreglan eso, como las otras aplicaciones de otros supermercados, el proceso sería perfecto. Que el buscador principal sirva para buscar productos específicos. La experiencia de pago y recogido es excelente.

The fact that you can’t cancel orders is beyond me. Also, that no service on Sunday both in store and technical support.  In today’s world that is not acceptable, for this kind of “service” a customer should at best have the ability to cancel orders that can’t be fulfilled.

Nothing loads, even searching by name, article or brand. Going thru the departments is so complex and a mess. Definitely not user friendly like other apps. It used to be super simple to use and after updates they just made it worse.
