Worse Company ever!!! *2026-06-01, version 6.6.6* Never try to get a rental through third parties dealers I had set out a payment for 05-28-2026 for a rental they never told me how much the deposit was or anything I wasn’t able to get the rental because of funds and I call the company to cancel and give me a refund which they refused to and told me they wasn’t able to do that over the phone told be because I didn’t pick it up with 48 hours that I couldn’t cancel and it was late I did it the same day make it make sense beware this company with all the bad reviews this company has I believe everyone could band together and press a lawsuit against this scummy company!!! You may lose the car deposit paid before receiving the vehicle, and it may not be refunded after returning the car. This is a scam against renters, as happened to me with Go Drive Tbilisi. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Unacceptable – Hidden Fees, Zero Support, and a Terrible Experience *2026-03-31, version 6.6.5* My experience with EconomyBookings was absolutely unacceptable and one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Nothing was as promised. When I arrived, the rental company was extremely difficult to find, with no proper instructions or support. It felt completely disorganized and misleading from the start. Worse, I was forced to pay a $700 deposit that was never clearly disclosed during the booking. This is not just poor service — it’s deceptive. The most frustrating part was the complete failure of customer support. I contacted them multiple times via email and phone while I was stuck in a very difficult situation and urgently needed help. My emails were completely ignored. When I called, the agent told me she would call me back “in a minute” — but no one ever did. I was left stranded with zero assistance. This level of neglect is unacceptable. A company that takes your money but disappears when you need help should not be trusted. Overall, this was a stressful, frustrating, and deeply disappointing experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid EconomyBookings. Expect hidden charges, poor communication, and no support when things go wrong. ### 4/5 — terrible experience *2026-03-19, version 6.6.5* This was my first time using it, and I had a very unusual experience. I booked a car and paid CAD 249.13 with my credit card, but I haven't received any confirmation. Customer service said they couldn't find the payment record, while my bank CIBV said the payment had been approved. Customer service is incredibly inefficient; I don't know what kind of scheme they're up to. The first vehicle we received had a serious cockroach infestation, with hundreds of cockroaches coming out of our belongings. We were given a replacement vehicle, but unfortunately, the same problem happened again the following day, including cockroaches covering food inside the vehicle. I documented both incidents with photos and videos and reported everything to management. Although I received a partial refund, l am still requesting a refund of the remaining rental charges. This experience caused my family a great deal of stress and completely affected our vacation. I would not recommend renting from ALLIED or through economy booking, until this serious cleanliness issue is properly addressed. ### 1/5 — Scam!!! *2026-08-18, version 6.6.10* They can charge you for the car and then the company might not give it to you, because they don’t have it. I bet you did & guess what it’s not a deal at all! This place is a complete scam & I hope you read this before you get a slap in face like I did when I went to pick up my car. Keep in mind I was not the only person at the counter completely shocked and feeling screwed over! When I got to the rental counter, the price tripled for the car I rented (a basic car) without any warning! This rental company is only a money maker and not honest or upfront with the $ amount you will pay when you get to the car rental counter to pick up the car. I made sure to read over everything on the website before making my reservation more than once before paying & before I arrived at my destination to pick up my car and nowhere did it say I was going to be asked to pay triple what I paid for upfront at the time I made my reservation online! 🔥My advice is go through any other company because this place is not honest and you will find yourself at a rental counter, frustrated and irritated after a long traveling day being asked to pay way more than what is shown on their website and the information sent in your confirmation email. ### 1/5 — Fake supplier *2026-07-21, version 6.6.9* I booked a car with a supplier called Almo. My flight was delayed by 20 min and it took me another hour to clear the immigration. The supplier said your reservation has been cancelled because it is 60 min. I told him I am here. C'est une entreprise d'une mauvaise foi absolue. Ils m'ont débité la totalité de la somme alors que la voiture n'était pas disponible le jour de ma location. Cela fait maintenant près d’un mois que j'attends mon remboursement. J'ai pourtant envoyé à EconomyBooking tous les documents justificatifs prouvant qu'aucun véhicule n'était disponible à cette date. Leur service client utilise des techniques dilatoires inadmissibles : ils prétendent devoir attendre que l'agence locale atteste de la situation, ignorant complètement les preuves formelles que je leur ai transmises par mail. Ils font traîner le dossier en espérant que le client abandonne. Le plus scandaleux ? EconomyBooking n'a aucun service client téléphonique. Impossible de parler à un être humain pour débloquer la situation. Ils se cachent lâchement derrière un service de messagerie instantanée où les réponses sont inexistantes ou robotisées. C'est une honte et cela s'apparente à du vol. Ne confiez jamais votre argent à EconomyBooking, vous risquez de vous retrouver sans voiture et dévalisé ! ### 1/5 — Never trust! Worst platform *2026-06-24, version 6.6.9* Hands down the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. My booking disappeared, my credit disappeared, and customer service was completely useless. Every reply felt like they hadn’t even read my emails. I kept explaining the same issue over and over again, and they just kept sending irrelevant responses. At this point, I have no booking, no credit, and no solution. I’ve had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge because eBookings simply couldn’t fix their own mistake.
