Logged into the app under my company’s ID, gave it several attempts and several minutes to cycle through its progress bar but still no luck. Deleted the app.

Have to delete and re install the app every time I attempt to start it. Extremely buggy.

I refer to AVA as like the Christmas morning when my parents hadn’t informed us they’d lost their jobs and we were going to be opening presents that had been professionally wrapped and labelled, only to contain leftovers from the dogs dinner.

I was excited to find this app, I thought it would assist me in evidence provision by letting me take and attach photos easily. Unfortunately, the app crashes whenever I try to add a photo, either from gallery or camera, so defeating my objective. 
Also, you’re not able to search the records. If we were able to at least search by ID then that would be a help

The app doesn’t work when phone is setup in Dark Mode as you cannot see the text

The app is making moves in the right direction, does need some tweaks here and there and there is definitely room for improvement, but it does function and allow for safety incidents and records to be created and managed effectively

The app was updated recently and now it replicates the web-browser experience. It takes a bit of practice but I can now do almost everything i need to do.  Most importantly I can report and manage events and actions, from the shop floor.
