HOW TO RENT AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER: It’s extremely easy! You need just your smartphone and credit card, so you can follow our step-by-step guide: 1. Find the nearest free scooter on the application map. 2. Click “book” to book it. 3. Walk up to the scooter, click “start your ride”, then scan QR-code or manually enter a number. 4 Choose your optimal fare and click “start your rental”. The scooter should beep. After that it will be unlocked for the next 10 seconds. 5 Push the cable inside, then pull it towards you to unstrap the lock. Your scooter is ready! HOW TO FINISH YOUR TRIP: 1. Park your scooter in the parking lot marked on the application map. 2. Click “finish”. After that the lock will be unlocked for the next 10 seconds. 3. Fasten the scooter to the fence so as not to disturb pedestrians. 4. Take a picture of the scooter to show its condition. ECOPLUS rules: 18+ 1 scooter – 1 person You can’t park next to the drainpipes, in the courtyards and on the road. Make sure your smartphone has enough battery left to finish your trip and rental. When you finally leave the scooter, please, turn it the left side to the fence, fix the prop stand and check the lock. Самокаты все переломаны, звонишь в поддержку говорят, « дак вы же и сломали» : по итогу штрафы по касарю, по два. Так же списываются деньги не понятно за что. Сотрудники это вообще жесть- не работают. У самого приложения расписан договор на страницы 4, что то по типу нельзя трюки делать кататься только с 18 лет Перевозить ничего нельзя животных и тд Кататься вдвоем нельзя Как итог работники которые якобы должны кататься на самокатах и ловить таких людей которые нарушают правила договора не работают и не ловят таких людей, а только сами работники и нарушают свои же правила договора. Если бы можно было поставить 0 звезд, я бы обязательно поставила. ### 1/5 — не уважение *2024-10-28, version 1.5.14* долго пользовалась этим приложением, что могу сказать. практически все самокаты раздолбанные, поломаные, и не едут. я вчера брала самокат, деньги списались, я пытаюсь поехать-он не едет (я знаю что надо отталкиваться,так и сделала). время 19 часов, звоню в поддержку-никто не отвечает, раза 4-5 позвонила. оказывается у них рабочее время закончилось, окей. пишу в watsapp-описываю проблему, тоже пишут что время закончилось. в итоге на следующий день (сегодня) ничего не прочитано, дозвонится также не могу. жалко время, и деньги. ### 1/5 — Самокат сломался во время поездки *2024-08-28, version 1.5.14* Во время поездки треснул руль. Ладно ехал не с горки а по прямой. Повредил колено. И конечно заплатил штраф за поломку 3000. А страховку в данной компании вообще нельзя оформить при поездке. ### 1/5 — ООО дерем деньги как обои *2024-08-10, version 1.5.14* Много денег и некуда их въебать ? Бери экоплюс, наебут на каждом углу.
