No button for “forgot password” ### 2/5 — Going downhill fast, pick another brand *2022-07-26, version 1.0.27* App used to work great, but now it’s a mess. Day after day of login failures. The new parent company isn’t doing its job. The preprogrammed setting still run, but I can no longer spot control the tank because I can’t reach the controlled devices. ### 4/5 — It’s getting better *2021-12-06, version 1.0.27* Initially it was hit or miss connecting the vortechs and the radions. Now it’s been rock solid. Any problems I’ve had EcoTech has worked with me and gotten things fixed. Let me make full adjustments easily and I’ll be happy. AI software is better for Hydras. When connecting 4 additional XR15’s a reboot of all units was required for all to connect and sync together. Not worth the $1500 i now have invested in this... But I have used it for other stuff and this app is great. ### 5/5 — Mobius *2020-02-15, version 1.0.27* I have been using Mobius for a few months now and I have grown quite fond of it. I was a prior ecosmart live user and while I was very comfortable with the interface, my reeflink was always a little troublesome (perhaps distance to tank). Mobius always pops right up and after you get the hang of it allows easy one button push to change to preset colors or activate feed mode. Needs alexa support!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2025-02-02, version 1.0.27* The actual kit is great but I can no longer login to the app (on iPhone or iPad) and there is no prompt to get a password reminder or re-set. So app is currently useless. Please help. Many thanks ### 1/5 — Dumbest App Ever *2023-02-23, version 1.0.27* One buys a light bulb and it doesn’t work. It keeps flashing on and off. Apparently there may be some control using this app. However, when I uploaded the app and tried to sign in I only got the login screen. When I entered a User ID and password the app came back saying user unknown. There is no way to register for the app on my device. Eventually figured out I swipe right to login and left to view “items” on my setup…. However I can’t do anything with the items displayed. Can’t access powerhead control, light control, return pump control or even put tank into feed mode.
