Приложение не удобное, а сама служба ещё хуже! Заявляют, что сотрудничают с экохабом, но вызвать такси, чтобы отвезти сортированные отходы не могу уже неделю!

Хотела заказать такси чтобы отвезти вторсырьё на переработку. Приложение работает некорректно, ожидание машин в приложении и по телефону более получаса. Операторы разговаривают по телефону по-хамски. Не рекомендую вообще экотакси. Проще заказать другую службу такси и отвезти лично, не рекомендую !

Всегда пользовалась службой экотакси через приложение, но несколько дней назад оно перестало работать. Не видно идёт поиск машины или нет, какая машина приедет и все данные о водителе, вообще не понятно принят твой заказ, кнопка отмены заказа пропала, вбить адрес или изменить его не получается. Уважаемые разработчики, пожалуйста исправьте все ошибки чтобы можно было пользоваться приложением сново.

Заказывала для вывоза вторсырья в местный экохаб, у них сотрудничество с этой службой. Подача машины через полчаса, стоимость на 40 грн. выше, чем в других службах - 130 грн вместо 90 грн. У меня всё. Лучше сама привезу.

Видимо,приложение ещё в стадии разработки.Базовый функционал есть .Но было бы хорошо ещё сделать функцию привязать карту ,на данном этапе опция Оплата картой форвардит на приват и просит реквизиты получателя.А каковы реквизиты получателя?:)
