Always have to delete reinstall, errors, sometimes if you submit your invoice , you cannot go back an edit, customer service or tech support not helping at all

As a technician using Ecotrak in the field, I can’t say enough good things about their tech support team. Whenever I’ve run into an issue, they’ve been quick to respond and always provide clear, step-by-step guidance that makes sense for someone working hands-on. They really understand the challenges technicians face day to day and give solutions that are practical, not just technical.

This has got to be the worst app ever. Wish the company I get work orders from would stop using it.

Our customer started having us use this a couple years ago and is now wanting our techs to use this app directly. It’s awful.

First, it logs you out frequently and doesn’t offer to use your saved passwords.

Secondly, filtering through work orders is just about impossible, so I end up logging into the website instead. I need to see locations where return trips are needed, pending parts, etc.

And the website… We have a nickname for it. “Ecotrak 2 dot no!” The first version worked well, and the “new” version is a big downgrade.

Creating a proposal is way too difficult, unless you know the exact location you’re submitting one for. There’s no option to search for a location.

Viewing the map of locations that have open WO’s shows them all over the place, not accurate at all.

Pricing is shown, so if this is something they expect employees to use, this is automatically a non starter.

And on top of it, they want $1 per invoice?!?!

This is crazy expensive and NOT IN ANYWAY worth it. Invoicing ends up costing us more money, because we have to create the invoice twice. Once in our accounting software and once in Ecotrak.

All in all, this app feels like the final project of a first year computer science student, not a professional company like Ecotrak.

This app literally never works and ecotrak in general has been breaking constantly since the change to 2.0 which nobody asked for

Customer enstated this horrible program about a year ago to track jobs and invoice. After multiple times down, countless headaches, and poor communication, I can say this is the worst running job tracking system we are forced to pay for and use as a service company.

Whole thing is pure trash. Getting in between vendors and clients and then charging a dollar per invoice for a system you didn’t ask for your customer started using the garbage, so why should the vendors have to pay you and if you Dont pay you wont know when your client puts in a work order. Its pure garbage
