뭐 건든것도 없는데 갑자기 알림 소리가 안나요. 알림 배너는 뜨는데 소리가 안나서 알림 온걸 계속 놓칩니다. 재설치도 해봤는데 안돼요. 다른 어플 알림은 소리 잘 나와요.

로그인 오류가 발생했습니다. 브라우저 설정 초기화를 진행해주세요.

이 팝업창이 뜨기 시작했는데 안뜰때도 가끔 있고 어느 순간부터 그러네요. 

뜨는 이유를 모르겠고 설정 초기화 하라는데 초기화를 하든 삭제 후 재설치를 하든 현상은 똑같이 지속됩니다.

아이폰 자동 로그인 좀 없애주세요 선택하게 해주던가 출근체크 하려는데 페이스 아이디 때문에 엄청 번거롭습니다. 
메신저 표기 시간도 날짜 구분 제대로 안되고 기안서 작성하려고 첨부하면 무한로딩 걸리고 버그 고쳤다고는 하는데 매번 새 버그 생기고 걍 서비스 종료하고 잘하시는 거 찾는게 어떠신지요? 아니면 그쪽 회사도 인건지 아끼려고 사람 안뽑고 한 명이 라이브 서비스 합니까? 서버비하고 겨우 이런거 하나 운영할려고 들어가는 전기비 아까워서 지구한테 미안해 미칠것 같습니다

**Developer response:** 안녕하세요. 이카운트 고객지원팀입니다. 이카운트 어플 사용에 있어서 만족을 드리지 못하는 부분에 대해 안타까운 마음입니다. 아이폰 생체인증 기능을 사용하지 않을 경우 로그인 후 홈화면 우측 하단 설정 버튼 클릭 > 생체인증에 체크를 해제합니다. 
이후 로그인 시 직접 패스워드를 입력하는 방식으로 사용이 가능할 것입니다.
