The rest of the room which is hard surface always gets ignored. Unless I don’t select a zone, it does not clean. Have this for a couple of weeks and it has this problem from the start. Consistently updating the app assuming it will provide a bug fix but it doesn’t. It will not recover the original map despite my best efforts, following the manufacturer’s directions. I can hit restore, but the app will not load that map for cleaning. Why y’all can’t get a simple thing like adding the original map correct, is beyond me. This dumb thing creates multiple maps despite ‘multi floor maps’ being turned off. How hard is that? Why don’t you have a simple map section on the Home Screen of your app? Handle all necessary adjustments, changes, and restorations in one uncluttered screen?
