It’s just stuck on Initialising configuration message and doesn’t move ahead. I have checked all WiFi config and rebooted router also. The device says it’s connected to the WiFi and Internet also. Please investigate. Update- issue is website being down and app stuck fixed. Dernière MàJ il y a plus d’un an. Pour le leader de la construction d’adoucisseur, c’est surprenant qu’aucun budget ne soit alloué au développement de l’app qui est un atout indéniable pour jouer face à la concurrence. Si un jour un support prend connaissance de mon message, n’hésitez pas à me contacter si vous souhaitez des idées d’amélioration en terme d’UX et de fonctionnalité. Je travail dans le milieu alors je pourrais être de très bon conseil ;) ### 2/5 — Veraltet *2023-02-04, version 1.21* Zwar funktioniert es soweit, aber das Design ist etwas stark veraltet. Login wird nicht gespeichert, so dass es jedes Mal notwendig ist sich mit E-Mail und Passwort anzumelden (sehr nervig) und Push Benachrichtigungen gibt es nicht. Was cool wäre, wenn man die Verbrauchswerte herunterladen könnte. Wenn das ganze Mal mit den oben genannten Features kommen sollte und vor allem eins mit einem neuerem Design, würde es 5 Sterne verdienen. So leider nur 2 Sterne. Ich hoffe meine Nachrichte kommt bei den entsprechenden leuten an. ### 3/5 — Interessante app met veel gegevens maar enkele mankementen. *2023-01-28, version 1.21* De app is niet geoptimaliseerd voor tablets, enkel voor smartphones. This app works in the most basic level. I haven’t received notifications for maybe three or four years. It’s cumbersome, ugly and desperately needs to be brought into the modern era. Es gibt leider keine Funktion diesen Login zu speichern. Außerdem sollte es möglich sein, bei geringem Salzstand in der App benachrichtigt zu werden. Ease report quickly tells me everything I need to know like manufacturing information, recharge status. Always get a quick answer through customer support. ### 5/5 — Early days but appears to work perfectly *2017-06-03, version 1.8* This app works with certain Wifi enabled Ecowater Softeners. I've only had the softener installed a couple of days but as is quite common, it's under a the sink, which makes it awkward to access the control panel. With this app, (and the website) I won't need to touch it the panel. The app v1.8 (83) is well designed and appears to be stable. I suspect once the novelty has warn off I won't use the app very often, as it will alert me when the salt needs replacing anyway. ### 5/5 — Solid app *2017-03-26, version 1.7* I love the water usage reporting. It allows me to make smarter choices so I can reduce my overall water bill each month. I'd love to also know how I compare to my neighbors and I'd love to be able to have the app coordinate with amazing prime to send new salt bags to my door. ### 4/5 — Fix dark mode EASE Report *2023-12-11, version 1.25.0* Impossible to read blue letters on a black background. (Dealer tried but could not get WiFi to connect.). WiFi manager worked great for a couple of weeks & hasn’t worked since.
