It’s very convenient, with useful settings that aren’t too complicated. Have you ever done a customer journey map? When do people mostly set their alarm? Before bed. And your app doesn't have a dark theme! So every single night, when I'm ready to sleep in my dark room, I have to look at a super bright screen just to set an alarm. This makes falling asleep afterward much harder! Also, why do I have to press that tiny "gear" button next to the big numbers to change the alarm time? In any normal alarm app, you can simply press the big numbers displaying the current alarm time, which opens the settings page. Why do you even need that gear button? Just remove it and make the app more user-friendly, like others do. I've been using your alarm clock for 2.5 years, and as much as I love the device, the app is so frustrating that it's making me consider switching to a competitor. I use the sound of thunderstorm to help me fall asleep. I especially love the fact I can set 4 different alarms I work in office one day a week so I am up earlier. So I have that set, one for the other days of the week and one for weekends.
