Worst app ever *2025-12-07, version 9.0.0* Ridiculous, it doesn’t work!! ### 1/5 — Strong Contender for the Absolute Worst App on the App Store *2025-11-29, version 9.0.0* I’d love to know the sequence of actions that led to this app being published to the App Store. It’s either deliberately been made as bad as it is possible to be without Apple rejecting it or instead been made without a single person involved with making it ever having opened it or attempted to use it. Fields don’t allow you to select text or move the cursor to paste details. You’re required to add a card directly before being allowed to pay with Apple Pay. The SMS sign up code takes so long to arrive you’ll wonder if the system is broken or offline. There are so many snags and hoops to jump through that you have to wonder if it’s deliberate to try and catch people out unable to pay after leaving a car park and then being liable for a fine. Register, screen goes white, reopen app and doesn’t accept log in. WHY !! Then the app wouldn’t work.. I avoid euro parks like the plague.. I would walk further if I could avoid using there car parks. But this one is with the premier inn.. ### 1/5 — Dog Dirt App *2025-10-18, version 9.0.0* Both the app and their desktop site are the worst I’ve ever used. Multiple attempts using my mobile and email to log in. It turns out you can only use your mobile BUT must use the International Prefix without the plus sign. Rather than you usual Xero then rest number. Then when you get in, you find you can’t PreBook despite the tab on the desktop saying PreBook! You can pay but your session starts immediately AND it states a place is not guaranteed. You just know they stay in business by fining Parkers and not by good custom service or good IT! ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2025-10-08, version 9.0.0* Decided to set up the app a day before going to a city awards dinner so I wasn’t caught short o the day. App is shocking. Doesn’t allow you to enter the code it sends you as the number list covers it. Rejects you doing the same on a laptop. Three hours and can’t even register for the app! It’s the only car park in the area but now will have to park a couple of miles away and Uber it. Awful awful awful! ### 1/5 — Just awful *2025-09-21, version 9.0.0* Parting apps should be quick and easy this none of those things. It does stupid things like forcing you to input your card details and then allowing you to use Apple Pay why was I forced to save my card details with the app, that is just the wrong way of doing things. I have going through so many hoops just to pay for my parking this just seems completely unreasonable. I just wanna pay for my parking and never have to use this app ever. Not very clever. Turned up, downloaded app, registered, went to login and doesn’t recognise my password that I literally just registered with!!! Clicked on forgotten password link and told I will get an email to reset. Been an hour and still not got it. Did you even test this app before releasing. Will avoid Euro Car Parks from now on! It’s been set up by a bunch of monkeys and with no user testing whatsoever. No automatic population of information when registering and no thought to making the registration process easy and straightforward. Serious improvement is required. Have been trying to get it to work for 20 minutes with nothing but a blank screen. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor Experience *2026-07-10, version 9.3.3* During the Self Registration process, this app offers Apple Pay as an option to add a payment method. It doesn’t work. The registration form fields are not ‘typed’ properly (ie email, text, number, etc), so form fill doesn’t work, password managers don’t work. Eventually I had to give up on Apple Pay after multiple obscure/irrelevant error messages and added a credit card directly. After I was finally able to pay for my parking (25 minutes plus) I filled in a *survey* to explain this. The support team did not read this as a post payment survey but read it as a support request and removed my successfully added payment method. I guess that is what you get for providing feedback. I’m looking forward to seeing how easy the ‘delete account’ feature is to use. Terrible app, poor error handling UX, strange human? support, why would you delete my payment method as a result of a feedback form? ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-06-10, version 9.2.5* Yet another parking app. Awful app, could not set up Apple Pay.
