The application persistently displays a false “not connected to the internet” error, accompanied by numerous other defects and malfunctions. As a direct result, I am unable to reload or access my schedule within the app, leaving web browser access as the only workaround. This longstanding no-internet connectivity failure has persisted for years despite repeated reports. You must go the extra mile to fully resolve these critical issues without further delay. There is a clear and documented reason why so many users hold this application in low regard. Take immediate and decisive action to rectify these defects, as they are materially impacting a vast number of crew members and disrupting essential operations. How about a simple app that presents the roster in htm landscape. It used to be so simple - and it worked. This app goes from bad to worse. Every day lately a new version update. Still useless. Suggest you start work on a new app in the background. Destroy this app completely. Start over on a blank page. Simple. Utilitarian. Functional. Fit for purpose. Good design. Who is that? My duty was delayed and I get a notification, but the delayed duty shows “black” as it is normal. The next duty however, which remains same scheduled time, this is highlighted and demanding that I accept it. Is this app issue or my scheduler? I especially love the 18 times a day where it just randomly boots you out causing you to waste time logging back in. And boy oh boy, if you like useless buggy AIMS software, have I got great news for you!
