## What is Ecrino?

Ecrino is the CRM for jewellery designers and gem dealers — and this is the half of it that belongs in your hand.

The app works the same books as the web: the same studio, the same colleagues, the same projects. It is deliberately not the desktop shrunk. A phone gets opened between other things — at a fair with a parcel in one hand, at the bench with a drawing on the desk, in the car after a fitting — so it does the handful of things that are worse anywhere else.

CAPTURE
Photograph or film a stone and file it straight onto the record it belongs to. A sketch on the bench becomes a new design in the same motion.

PROJECTS
The whole book, filtered by stage and by whose it is. Move a piece forward, hand it to a colleague, open or close the client page, reissue a link, and write the line about the fitting while it is still accurate.

STONES
Your library, searchable by half a reference. Catalogue a parcel where you saw it with the full grading record, photograph it with the rear camera, choose its cover image, record where it came from, and mark it reserved or sold on the stand.

DESIGNS
Every iteration in the studio. Publish a drawing to the client's page or pull it back, and read what the client said underneath the exact version they saw.

SHARE LINKS
The reason any of this belongs on a phone. Build a selection at the stand: pick stones and designs, set a passcode and an expiry, show prices or not, and send it. Then watch who opened what, and answer a client under the stone they asked about.

QUOTES
A costing sheet, not a read-only copy of one. A metal line prices itself from your own spot against the alloy's purity; a stone line comes from the library entry and inherits the supplier it came from. Margin and VAT per line, and a breakdown that reconciles with the total.

CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
WhatsApp, call, email, their projects, and a dated note added on the way out. Your casters, setters and dealers by trade, with terms, lead times, ratings, and what each has actually cost you — accepted work counted apart from what is merely quoted.

THE STUDIO
Colleagues and invitations with their seats, your brand name and accent colour, notification preferences, and metal prices by hand or from the market.

SEARCH
One query across stones, customers, projects, designs, suppliers and share links.

BUILT FOR THE WORK
• A viewer's seat is read-only here exactly as it is on the web.
• Nothing destructive happens on one tap — deletes confirm, and say what goes with them.
• A list is honest about being capped, and fresh when you come back to it.
• It reads at any text size, and every icon-only control has a name for VoiceOver.

Ecrino for iPhone requires an Ecrino account, which you can create in the app. New studios begin on a free trial.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-21

What the studio calls an offer, the app now calls an offer too. The quote screens have been renamed throughout, so the iPhone and the web studio finally agree on one word.

And if your account asks for a code from an authenticator app, you can sign in with it here now — or with one of your recovery codes.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-19

A maintenance release. Nothing changes in how the app works.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-16

No release notes.
