With the eCtouch app, you combine audio, video and real-time text according to your needs. Use e.g. sign language, speech, lip reading and text for clarification. With eCtouch, you can call the Swedish relay services bildtelefoni.net and texttelefoni.se, which in turn can call people who use regular voice phones. eCtouch is suitable for use on your mobile phone, tablet or computer. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 7.2.55 — 2026-08-18 The trash icon in the history view deletes all history entries. The text log view has been simplified. We have updated the user interface strings to match those used in eCtouch for iOS/Windows. If you order eCtouch as software only and intend to use it as a textphone, you must manually disable video within the application. Omnitor previously managed this setting via our servers, but we no longer do so. The camera sometimes freezes after rejecting a FaceTime call during an ongoing call. Outgoing instant messages are not saved in the text log, when using the instant message icon to send them. After I press reset all in reset and then go back to get to the home tab, eCtouch crashes. In the standard contacts view, the contact pictures have a black frame around them. The quick contacts and the frame around them have opacity in the preview of vision adaptation (contact without own picture and SOS).
