I wish it would track naps during the day. I can be awake for a few hours in a morning then have a 1hour nap and it records I slept the whole time instead of leaving a gap of being awake. Yes, you have to open the app to get a pulse or blood pressure reading, that was not a big problem. I noticed sleep was definitely off; saying I was asleep and awake when I wasn’t. Then came the blood pressure issue. It would not record results. I inputted a blood pressure manually on 12/31 and can no longer log my BPs. It is 02/01 and my BP is forever 104/76. Tried to use the question option on the app and only get errors. Ring and app not a win overall- skip them. ### 2/5 — Always the same issue *2025-12-26* Received my rings today ordered them in black and they came in silver. I’m not sure if these people are colorblind, but this is my sixth ring that I’ve had to return due to some issue, whether it was sync, binding, color or just didn’t work. This company is garbage. I bought a large size ring. When I deleted the app because the new ring would not sync it disappeared. The only advice Amazon could provide was to return ring. I was prepared to return ring but decided to create a new email and sync with iPad. It was glitching. It finally worked. I hope I do not regret keeping this ring. It was 79.99 with a 40.00 coupon. If it lasts for 4 months, I guess I can’t complain. ### 1/5 — Unable to use *2025-09-09, version 1.3.1* Ring keeps disconnecting from app as soon as removed from charger. Have not been able to use. ### 2/5 — Decent app but missing some basic features *2025-08-28* I noticed there is not way to update the ring to 12hr time format. You can change this in the app but it seems to not update the ring and then the settings in the app will even revert back to 24hr format along with the default temp and measurement format. Also the display orientation is becoming a more common feature when you switch hands. I do not see this feature either. I do like that the app displays trends over longer periods of time though. Scanned icon on box and got sent to this app. It will not let your register. It will not send you a verification code. It just keeps timing out again and again . So I don’t even know if my ring is working at all. When I was adding the year of birth, it only showed the first digit. Scrolling back to a year in the mid 1900s was ridiculous. When you can only see the 1! Also, it only accepts weight up to 100 kilos so my weight is inaccurate. Now every time we try to connect device it can’t be found. My son complained about it getting hot. As soon as I downloaded the app and registered, my phone started getting really slow and glitchy. BEWARE! ### 1/5 — App is not good *2025-11-12* The app crashes if you navigate away from it during a workout. I’ll start a workout and then go to play music and come back after 15 minutes only to find the app tracked 3 minutes of the workout and then quit. I assume this is probably intentional to save the ring battery from draining, but it would be nice to be able to trust the workouts. Sleep tracking seems to work fine. Is the ring waterproof for swimming,dishes and showers? ### 4/5 — Can’t Register Account *2025-10-07* I just got myself the R6 ring, very impressed at all the features the ring provides. The only issue I have is that the app will not allow me to register an account I keep getting error messages while setting it up and can never get past the password scree. With the device itself I with you could set for the ring to periodically check my O2 instead of me having to manually check it. Would help me track my O2 while I am sleeping. ### 4/5 — Great app, but display needs help *2025-07-25* Got a ring for my wife yesterday. I noticed that while entering data for height, weight etc the text wouldn’t fit. Figured it out this morning. On an iPhone, go to settings, display and brightness, then to the bottom to display zoom. Set it to “regular”all settings fit now and I can pick and choose as necessary. And text in the app doesn’t overlap. (Need to fix that!) Otherwise app works fine as it is. The blood pressure and other factors that the ring measures are pretty accurate except for the sleep function. It only measures when you go to sleep and when you awaken; the problem is that most people with sleep problems get up several times during the night which often results in napping. This additional sleep is not monitored by the ring, so you don’t get an accurate reflection of exactly how much sleep you achieve got. Also, please update the app so weight can be inputted manually; currently, the app is very difficult to enter your correct weight. So here’s my review. Everything that this app says it can track, it has. I has accurately tracked my sleep, blood pressure, stress level, and exercise. I can say this because I have tracked all these areas with different methods and obtained the same results.
