Track money taken from your savings or lent to a friend, with what's left to repay visible right on the home screen. Add a borrow or a repayment in seconds, link an entry to a real transaction, and close accounts or debts without losing any history. The home screen got a refresh: your balances, your debts, your accounts. This version is also faster and more polished: quicker launch and smoother lists, a Done button to dismiss the notes keyboard, confirmations before important deletions, a widget that updates instantly, recurrings that resume reliably after a pause, fewer repeated notifications, and better VoiceOver support. ### 2.8.1 — 2026-06-21 Settle your installment plans, and find everything in an instant. Settle an installment plan A PayPal in 4, a purchase split in 3, a fixed-term plan you want to close early? A new "Settle remaining balance" button in the recurring details records everything that is left as a single transaction, on the date you choose. The remaining amount is pre-filled so you can adjust it, the upcoming pre-generated installments are removed automatically, and the recurring closes cleanly. A settled or cancelled recurring now clearly shows an "Ended" status. Search your lists Dozens of categories, payment methods, tags, or merchants? A search bar now appears in each of these lists, whether you are managing them, picking one for a transaction, or filtering. It ignores accents and case: type "cafe" and "Café" shows right up. Sort it your way Your item lists now sort alphabetically by default, far easier to scan as they grow. Prefer your own order? Switch to "Custom" and rearrange by hand, with drag and drop or the long-press menu. Your choice is remembered for each list. Duplication, finally complete Duplicating a transaction now copies every detail: foreign currency, merchant, tags, split items, and the original date. No more re-entering anything afterward. ### 2.8.0 — 2026-05-31 Your recurring transactions, finally aligned with real life. Per-field timeline Got a raise? Netflix price hike? Switching banks next month? Every field on a recurring now carries its own timeline. Change a value, pick the date it takes effect (today by default, or a past date to catch up on a forgotten update, or a future date to schedule a change you got by email), and only transactions from that date onward follow it. Your past ones stay as they are. The date picker appears right under the field you change. An "Advanced versioning" disclosure groups the options for less-frequently-versioned fields. Amount over time How much was Netflix in 2024? How has your salary evolved since you took the job? Every recurring now shows a step chart of its amount over time. Spot creeping subscription hikes at a glance, or track your raises across years. Cancel a subscription, properly A new "Cancel subscription" button in the recurring's detail view opens a sheet with a date picker. Pick when the cancellation takes effect: today, in two months, or retroactively if you forgot to update ecu in time. If transactions are already generated after that date, ecu asks what to do with them: delete them, keep them (marked in red in your history), or cancel the whole operation. Changed your mind later? A "Resume" button puts the recurring back on schedule. Post-cancellation, no confusion Transactions dated after the cancellation date show up in red in the recurring's detail view, and get a "Post-cancellation" label in the transaction details. No way to mistake them for an active expense. ### 2.7.5 — 2026-05-12 Get the full picture of your money. Insights How much have you really spent at Amazon this quarter? Which category is eating into your savings? Tap into any category, payment method, tag, or merchant to see exactly what you've spent or earned over any period. A clean chart, your top transactions, and an at-a-glance comparison with the previous period make the answer obvious. Receipts Snap a receipt with your camera, pick a photo from your library, or import a PDF. Attach one or several to any transaction. View full-screen with pinch-to-zoom. The new Gallery puts every receipt in one place, sorted by date. A little paperclip on the transaction row tells you at a glance what's already documented. Long-press a transaction to add a receipt straight from the camera, in a single gesture. More ways to slice your stats The Statistics screen now breaks down your spending by payment method, tag, and merchant too, per account and globally. Tap any slice to dive into Insights with that item already filtered. Recurring transactions, the way they should be Set a merchant on a recurring template. Edit the template and watch every generated transaction update, except the rows you've already personalized, which stay as you set them. Pre-generated installments don't duplicate themselves when you tweak a date. Income recurrences finally look like income. Plenty of small refinements throughout. A more stable, more polished app Filters look consistent across the board. Same-day transactions keep their order when you come back to them. The auto-scroll-to-today is gone, for a more predictable list.
