Somehow even worse than the previous ride app for ecu, never gives you a ride even when in zone

This was a complete down grade from the original version. Who in there right mind decide the wait limit would be 45 mins. I find myself constantly stranded. And the solution to just keep spamming refresh in hopes of something popping up is ridiculous. Horrible

This app bugs too much and it always says there are no rides available which makes no sense. Stop trying to be like uber it’s not working and the old app was better. Never using this again.

Everytime i get to my location it work but everytime whenever i use it to get back to my apartment it keep saying “no ride is available” it needs to be fixed

Everytime I use this app to find a van it always says there’s no rides available but I always see vans driving around Greenville. This app doesn’t work at all. Its not just for me, my friends’ app on their phones are the same way

I couldn’t get back home because no rides where available it was way past after 45 minutes , very un-reliable and unsafe .

The app worked smoothly for me as far as needing to go off campus, but as far as needing to taken back to campus it said there were no rides available on the app so I had to call it in.
