ECZEMA CARE+ is the free application that helps you live better with your eczema!

Designed and developed by the Pierre Fabre Eczema Foundation, it allows you to:
- Assess the severity of your eczema by calculating your PO-SCORAD index or using photos and artificial intelligence.
- Follow the evolution of your disease thanks to a dashboard.
- Prepare your medical appointment in advance with questionnaires
- Share this information directly with your healthcare professionals in a secure manner to receive personalized advice
- Follow up on your consultation
- Access tips and tools to help you live better with your eczema.

The information provided by the app cannot be used to provide a medical opinion, or to replace a visit to a healthcare professional.

The information provided by the app is intended to enhance - not replace - the relationship that exists between a patient and his/her caregivers.
