This website is awful, it won’t load so I cannot book my class, and even if I get onto booking it, it won’t take my payment details. I’m going to miss my class as it will be full by the time I can get down to book it in person. Even then, it will show on the centres computer that the booking is in ‘ my booking’ but this box will show empty both of my devices.

The app is so confusing, why have the basket under the “join now” tab? Why do so many links lead to the same place? And why are there so many different paths to access the one place? This app is terrible. Come on EDLC, why are you paying for this piece of rubbish? And why have you not tried it yourselves???

I’m no ICT professional but I have been involved in large UK projects where UAT is almost the most important part of the project. Maybe time for EDLC to convene a group of users to provide some timely feedback as there are glaringly obvious improvements that could be easily and cheaply implemented. E.g. pool timetable navigation…..

Only works sometimes and you don’t find out it’s not working until you can’t book into a class. There’s no support and when you call one of the leisure centres, they’re never aware of any issues and can’t book members into classes as early as we can on the app.  Time to abandon this and get a proper app that lets you search/filter your options so that, for example you can check for a certain class over all sites rather than go in and search for the class per site!

It is very difficult to reserve a place. But people are allowed to cancel until the time of the class. As you have to allow time to change and get to the allander surely the cut off point should be at least 2 hours before the class is due to start

I am the mother of 30-year-old Kamil. 
He is disabled: he suffers from autism, has a mental disability and is obese. Kamil is non-verbal, so I'm writing this message on his behalf. 
I visited Allander Leisure Center for the first time. The ladies at the reception, especially Mrs. Elaine, were very nice and explained me everything I wanted to know about the offers with activities suitable for people with special needs. I could see the place where hydrotherapy classes are conducted. The ladies also introduced me to other offers that your Leisure Center has for disabled people. 
I am giving these ladies the highest rating for their professional treatment of me as the mother of a potential client of your Leisure Centre.
